Tigerlily wins; all the way around. This is not a paid review, I had a real experience which was awesome. I used AI to identify some of the better services in the area. Although Tigerlily had the best reviews, I initially contacted another company because they specifically handled the kind of plant I was looking for. The competitor was seemed bothered with me on the phone and indicated a phone order was gonna take more time and I should just go online. Not feeling the personal touch, I made a call to Tigerlily and got Neicy on the phone. Although she wasn’t even in the studio at the time, she answered from her car and was extremely helpful. Realizing the situation, I encourage her to just call me back. Which she did immediately after getting to her destination. She went out of her way to locate the plant I was looking for. She verified with text photos to make sure we are on the same page. The plant was carefully delivered in a very timely manner. Neicy wonderfully facilitated a great connection from Wisconsin to Denver for a sibling who had just moved into the area. The continuous contact during the process, and the follow up after delivery, was surprisingly awesome; everything you would want in a long distance transaction. To be honest, not enough people run businesses this way. I have my own personal care business, and this personal touch meant the world to me. Neicy at Tigerlily was absolutely amazing!! Being the procrastinator I am, I waited until the last minute - like two days before - to think about what I would get my sister (who is my very best friend and I adore) a birthday present and house warming gift. I live in Austin and my sister just moved neighborhoods in Denver. She was thrilled about her new home, but was sad to leave the garden she had worked on for many years in her last home so I wanted to get her a plant. Being far away, I needed it delivered. I googled local plant shops, and Tigerlily was one of the top ones to come up. I was calling on a Sunday and so wasn't very optimistic someone would be around to help me. I left a message and Neicy got back to me right away even though her shop was close. She went into her shop the next day it was open, and sent me pictures of all the pots and plants she had that fit the idea I was talking about. This plant store is adorable and so warm and friendly! I had driven by it for many weeks when leaving a friend's house who lives nearby and decided to stop in one day. Tigerlily has the most amazing and unique plants and is so welcoming-Niecy greets everyone who comes in. I bought a lovely swiss cheese vine plant that I fell in love with. Niecy gave me tips on how to how much light and plant food it needs and let me tell you, it is thriving! We couldn't be happier with this plant to brighten our living space and will be back as I'm so happy with this purchase especially since it's thriving with limited light.
