They are very friendly & normally have what I went there for originally. However I do have to add that some days I believe the baker definitely slacks off. In the last 3 wks I've been there 3 times & they didn't have the donuts I wanted or munchkins to satisfy my son. The one time I went thru the drive thru not only was the girl rude (goth looking chick that seemed to have a chip on her shoulder or had a very bad day) not only did she speak to me with an attitude, she actually told me there isn't anything to here to eat, all we have is Coffee right now! I thought about just going somewhere else however I was tired but I made sure I didn't give her a dime. You give me an attituded then you don't get a tip. Due to the fact that's where their suppose to make the most of their $ because Dunkin Donuts treats their employees as servers / waitresses. In my experience when you're only being paid a measly 2dollars & something (I'm sure the wage has went up by now) you would try to be as pleasant as possible & as helpful suggesting things to try however if the bakers didn't do their job & you go into do your job & you are literally left with no stock or back up items to sell that would hurt your part of the Job & possiblely lose tips because of it. Most people don't realize that Dunkin Donuts servers are actually paid the lowest possible wage & really count on their tips to make it through till pay day. I've personally never worked there but I've been a waitress & nothing for nothing some people don't have the money to give much & going out to eat is there high light for the week where as others are just flat out cheap. Trying to get by relighing on others really sucks. You can bend over backwards for people & received no acknowledgement that you went out of your way for the & are good at your job. I've worked in a few different fields where you're basically counting on your tips to make it through to payday. People also don't realize that tips aren't actually "Tax Free" try not claiming anything on a job like that without claiming anything even though you barely made anything & be prepared to be audited or watch the government ask questions if...
Read moreThis Dunkin’ location is by far the best I’ve been to! I’ve been going consistently over the past few months and get great service every time. The staff I come into contact with are always moving efficiently even with long morning lines and are kind. They have never messed up my order once. It’s in a great location, not far from home in Westville, and is right by 295, what I use for my commute. They also always have the smoked vanilla flavor I love (unlike other locations)!!! I really have no complaints about this location, staff, or service. I will definitely continue going here. Would recommend!!
Not to mention that the first time I ever visited this location, a staff member wrote on my bag “Have a nice day :).” That was so surprising and really made my day. From there, I knew this Dunkin’ was different in a good wag. Like another review said, every Dunkin’ is different. Some places will mess up a simple drink, not have certain flavors, not include napkins in a bag, or give you a full cup that is spilling from the cap. Every experience I’ve had at this location has been pleasant and thoughtful.
The only suggestion I would have is that they ask if you’d like a straw. I try to do my part to bring my reusable straws with me and sometimes I’ll be handed a straw or even two. In a hurry, I’ll take it and then accumulate a handful of plastic straws. That’s just a personal suggestion for someone trying to use less...
Read moreI’ve always had nothing hit wonderful service at this location, until today. Granted it was my fault that my order on the go wasn’t correct, and I forgot to remind them I needed my apple fritter I ordered. I graciously called the store telling them I didn’t receive it and they nicely told me to return. Upon returning, there was a LONG line of cars, so I chose to walk in. Door is locked. Called again explained the situation and they told me they couldn’t accommodate me that I needed to sit in line at drive thru for the apple fritter they didn’t give me. I said it’s a simple task, run it out to me I’m standing at the door! She said we can’t we are short staffed. I said then can you please give me a refund, she says no you ordered via order on the go we can’t refund you. I once again told her I was very disappointed by their customer service, and she says to a coworker “can someone run this out to the lady at the door she’s crying she didn’t get her apple fritter”. Don’t think I’ll be back to this location. I’ve always stood up for the girls in there, but today’s experience...
