Wawa — Restaurant in Deptford Township

Let me just start by saying I love most Wawa’s and never had a bad experience and I’m not one to leave a negative review just for nothing but I felt compelled to tell what happened…….i just left Wawa about an hour ago any bought quite I few things……it was to much to carry so I asked to buy a bag……unfortunately they were out of the normal red bags that they usually have but in the back of the counter I can see the paper bags I asked if I could have one of them……the young boy behind the counter (who you could tell was new) said they were only for door dash……I already new the were for door dash but under the circumstances of being out of red bags I didn’t think this would be an issue…..being he was new I asked if he could ask the manager I thought for sure this wouldn’t be an issue……but to my surprise the manager said no I was dumbfounded…..no joke I probably spend $30 or more a day at Wawa…..in disbelief I just shook my head finally a girl that worked there with some common sense said I’ll get you a bag……I didn’t want her to get in any trouble but she insisted……as I said before I love Wawa and will still go to them just not the one in...

So I only live a couple blocks from the location on Delsy Drive in Westville. I swear to god as my whiteness the woman who makes the sandwiches late at night needs to be given a different job or just gotten rid of , and I hate to say it but I’m leaning towards just to get rid of her . Clearly customer service is her last priority. Every time I order a sandwich it’s not rite, or made on old hard stale bread come on the bread was clearly stale when you made it because it’s as hard as a rock when I got it home to eat . What’s wrong with you woman, and Jesus someone needs to tell the woman a funny joke because she looks so freaking miserable. If you’re going to look miserable at least be good at your job. It’s a sandwich and what I want on it is printed rite infront of you. How can you possibly mass it up every single time on multiple sandwiches in the order. And meatball sandwiches are suppose to be sold hot, not with literally frozen meat balls . Total disregard for people , rude and should not be tolerated my the management. But it is she is there doing the same job making the same mistakes over and over and over and over again. Awsome...

Be careful when ordering here, I have had several occasions where I order drinks and I add in extra options that are available on the touch screen for an additional charge and then I don't get the extras that I ordered and paid for. This is happened several times here, it just happened with the mango popping bubbles. I clicked the button to add extra bubbles for $1.00 extra, when the guy making the drink called my number it didn't look like he put in the extra, so I asked and he admitted that he didn't. And then went and added a few extra but not the two extra spoons I was supposed to have because the cup was already too full. I wouldn't care if I didn't pay for the extra. You can see in the picture where it clearly shows that I got the additional bubbles. It happens here all the time with all of the extra add ons. It doesn't seem to happen at...
