I wish there was a minus option for reviews.
Did they spit in my food, or do something else nasty to it (and other people's food)? Both the receipt and the slip showing what I ordered had a COMPUTER message printed at the bottom of each that reads, "CUSTOMER COMPLAINS A LOT".
I complained 2 times OUT OF A TOTAL OF 14 YEARS, and those 2 times were RECENT WITHIN LESS than 1 year. NEVER was I arrogant, boisterous, spoke in a angry tone of voice, I just calmly ASKED they :
1st time, please ask whoever seals the plastic lid to the foil dinners, to make sure it is sealed tightly, completely all of the way around because the past 3 times I ordered the sauce leaked out and the paper bag is soaked on the bottom, I just made it to the table each time as the bags hole is dropping the food. The woman on the phone said, "WE BLAME THE DRIVER FOR IT LEAKING", I told her each time, the seal is not tight all the way around, there's humps in some areas, that's where the sauce leaks from, and I don't think the drivers place the plastic lids onto the foil. She again blamed the driver.
2nd time, I ordered a SAUSAGE pizza. .it came with no sauce, just THICK cheese and beef crumbles. I called immediately when I seen it, it was close to closing time by the time I received the pizza, the woman was very arrogant with me as she said maybe I got the wrong order. I told her I can't eat it with the cheese that thick, but she again started to speak in a arrogant tone, so I hung up. I took pictures of the slices, a couple of days later when I was able to get to their store, I showed the pictures to the woman who came from the behind the register. I CALMLY, explained what occurred and the phone call, and told her I stopped in to ask they tell whoever makes pizza, please tell them to check there's sauce on it before they send it out. OMG! to make a long story short, the manager came over, asking why I didn't call when I got it, I again went through the whole thing with him, in the meantime other employees were surrounding me. The woman who I first spoke with pointed to the pizzas in the display, I immediately pointed out the one that was delivered to me, she said that was their pizza steak pizza. The manager told me when I order again to tell the person taking the order I have a 3 dollar credit which I did. .and that order had at bottom of the receipt AND list of what I ordered imprinted, "COMPLAINS A LOT". ..they programmed that in their computer so they will automatically know what customers complain! ! ! ! ! ! Seems they do that so they know to do something nasty to those people's food when they order again.
Now, I don't know if the woman decided to turn the question I asked as to if they put meat in all their sauces, into a complaint.

   Read moreI ordered from Tony Sopranoâs in Westville this evening and needless to say the service was HORRIBLE!!! My family and I have given this restaurant business for several years even after they inflated their prices since COVID-19 began. I ordered 10 wings, onion rings and a chicken sandwich which came to $32. The person that answered the phone appeared to have been leaving out important information pertaining to my request so one of the managers jump on the phone and advised that they have the order. When I hung up the phone I told my husband that I was concerned that the order was not going to be correct because they were very short with me and would not allow me to explain my request. Well the order arrived and the extra sauce was missing, onion rings container appeared to have been opened and not prepared as I requested and I wasnât provided with blue cheese or ranch dressing for the wings nor was I even asked. I called and asked to speak with the manager. I explained my concerns with the order and she immediately got defensive and basically called me a liar. She said the driver is the ownerâs uncle so what I was saying didnât make sense. The owners uncle would never eat any food. I never accused him of eating the food. I said the container was opened. I then advised that I was not going to continue arguing with her and please return my money. A young girl arrived about 30 minutes later and requested the bag of food. She literally stood on my porch and went through the bag to ensure all the food was there before returning my money. She advised that her manager told her to go through the bag first. As I stated my family and I have ordered from this restaurant many times before. The level of customer service that was displayed by the managers was unacceptable!    Read moreAfter receiving a coupon and calling to place a large order for our family, not only was my boyfriend insulted and called a liar, they completely denied the existence of coupons they mailed us. They said they never existed, that the menu he was holding in his hands was not theirs, must not be theirs, must have an expiry date on the coupon if so, etc. They got extremely rude, resorted to name calling. My bf kept his cool, was still willing to place th order and simply asked "Well, if I bring in your menu and coupon to prove I am not lying, will you honor it?" Their response was: "You do not have your menu in your hands." They began raising their voice, and eventually refused service all together. They could see in their computers (if they're not too cheap to pay for one, that is) that his family frequently places orders there. They have not only lost a loyal repeat customer, but have absolutely disgusted me and totally take the cake for the worst, the rudest customer service. And this was the manager (supposedly) speaking on the phone. I still cannot get over how they said he was lying to them, he had the menu in his hands! I will add photos to their page since I cannot add photos here of the menu I am referring to, as well as the coupon we intended to use which has no expiry date listed. We promptly ordered from another local shop and the bill came to half of what they were charging, even with their coupon we are saving money. And after a phone call like that, with such childish immature behavior from a so-called manager, I wouldn't trust what they serve to us anyways. Good riddance. Beware of...
