this review is solely for the vegan options. i’ve been twice. the first time i asked for the vegan mint chip and the very nice girl told me it was unavailable at that time. so i went back over a week later to see if it had been back, but another girl informed me they don’t carry it anymore. which is a shame and i understand changing the menu can be difficult, but it was a let down. the chocolate peanut butter was mostly just peanut butter and the vanilla was nothing great. tasted like tofutti which i personally don’t like, especially now that there are so many non dairy ways to make ice cream now. i would have liked to try the cookie butter, but after two not so good visits i don’t feel that it’s worth it to go back and try another flavor. having vegan options is great and i would love for this to be a new place to get a sweet treat, but it just didn’t hit the spot for me. that being said - from who i went with the dairy ice cream was good and a large...

I thought this place was supposed to be good. The line around the place definitely looked promising but after waiting that long i was disappointed with what i purchased. This place has got to be one of the worst ice cream shops i have ever been to. The hand dipped ice cream was so freezer burnt that it was gummy and chewy. The water ice had no flavor except for sugar. And even the workers were incompetent. I asked the worker a simple question as to which kind of banana ice creams they carry and she barely had a clue what products they have. This locating was one of our favorite ice cream shops and we were sad to see it go. It actually took us a while to visit the newly named Ice Cream Love. Now we've been there on a weekly basis minimum. This place is great!!! Every flavor of ice cream and water ice I've tried is fantastic. They even have a "pup cup" free if you bring you dog. My dog devoured it. Vanilla cup topped with a dog biscuit.. This is our new go to and the seating area is always kept clean with children's movies playing on the tv. The staff couldn't be any friendly, there just nothing bad to say about this place. It's a rare gem that I would say everyone...
