China Wok — Restaurant in Deptford Township

I ordered through Grub Hub and upon opening my bag found that the restaurant forgot one of my entrees, general tso's chicken. I immediately called the restaurant directly and the manager literally yelled at me that I was lying. I was shocked. Everything else was in my bag except that - and I have no reason to lie. Bag was stapled shut so no way it was missing for another reason. I was trying this place for the first time as well. First and last. She finally told me to send the delivery driver back - I know from experience that they won't go back and I told her that. She again told me I was a liar - about 3 more times - while yelling. When I finally had a chance to speak, she hung up on me. APPALLED. I will never patronize this establishment again. To boot, the food was not good. Cheese wontons were soggy, and sweet and sour chicken was bland and dry. Husband said the egg roll was good - so I guess that's something. I can't ever imagine treating customers this way. Thankful for Grub Hub who refunded the amount, saving me a trip to the restaurant demanding...

I can finally say we found our new Chinese take out place! After almost a year of living here I'm very happy to have found the one. Food was hot, almost as if it just came out of the wok, and this was delivered!! Usually delivered food is never as hot as I'd like it to be. Delivery time was good, came before the estimated time. Also the price was great and portions sizable. I guess my only issue, which isn't a huge issue, I'll just know not to get this item next time, is the spicy wontons were fried or had a weird wrapper. Not steamed and thin wrapped like I thought they would be. Would love a steamed or boiled dumpling version of this dish because the sauce and veggies were so tasty and flavorful! I always order from here, food is good, but delivery is terrible, the last two times I ordered it took over an hour and food was warm, the drivers they use have no clue where they are going, a 6 minute drive, 2.6 miles I live from this place, I saw a orange car on my camera driving in the opposite direction and it was my delivery, round and round, I realized it was the delivery when the orange car pulled in front of my house.
