I ordered a regular bucket of crab fries and I had to wait 10 minutes for them. Why? Because a customer BEHIND me in line ordered a family sized bucket of fries, so he was served first. I had to wait for the next batch to come out of the fryer. They don’t serve customers on a first in, first served basis. I was told, “family buckets get the priority.” This is BS! Food was really good but I had to wait to get my lemonade as the people working were more interested and having a conversation and getting my order. I understand that they are teenagers and may be on their first job but I literally had to say where's my lemonade only to have the guy basically turn around wave to one of his buddies while he kept telling a story to someone else without even acknowledging me. It’s a theme park, so there were long lines. We did mobile orders and were able to get a food relatively quickly.
