If you want to get a deal from the app and then scammed at the window, this is the location to go. Employees are so unpleasant, just as bad as how the food comes out. Can’t say much except I wish I could leave half to no star. This location needs retraining, reworking, something. There should be no reason a drive thru is backed up 30+ minutes on one order and by the time you get to the window, the employees are arguing with one another. A 56¢ change is 2 quarters, 1 nickel & 1 penny… one would think. But I guess your change is more needed on their end than it is on my own as a customer. I ordered a colada as one would on a 95° day and they handed me a white beverage with ice cubes in it (essentially like I got an iced drink). I nicely asked if it was a colada because it had ice in it as coladas (are a frozen beverage), and he rolled his eyes, walked away, blended it for about two seconds, and then the other person who returned the drink, couldn’t have been more rude.
