Cons: Faulty pumps Slow pumps Ran out of E85 fuel Rude and unprofessional staff

I frequent this location due to them having flex fuel products (E85/E15). I’ve had issues before where their pumps run painfully slow (regardless of the weather conditions). My final visit to this location ended with a faulty pump not dispensing any E85 fuel. I moved to another pump, same issue. Opted for E15 instead, pump dispensed less than 2 gallons over 5 minutes. Cars pulled up on both sides of me at neighboring pumps and were able to get more than 7 gallons of regular fuel in the time I pumped less than 2 gallons. I went inside to let the cashier know their pumps were acting up, and he stared at me blankly before saying he thought they ran out of fuel, and it’s been happening all day. If an issue has been happening all day, shouldn’t you get a maintenance crew in to resolve it? Instead, the pumps were open for business but not functioning for those of us who use flex fuel. The only saving grace for this visit was Sandy who tried to get the issue solved to the best of her abilities. Props to Sandy. The rest of the staff here...

Ordered delivery for work, a taco, pepperoni, and BBQ chicken. I get a call from an EXTREMELY rude employee who asks, "I'm confused, you ordered a BBQ chicken pizza without chicken. Do you want chicken on it?" I said "The only thing I changed was to have onions on half" "ok well I'm just reading you what the receipt says" "No, we want chicken on it". "ok" and hangs up on me. I go to the website and IF YOU ORDER A BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA, THE CHICKEN IS AUTOMATICALLY UNSELECTED WITH A NOTE THAT SAYS THERE IS NO CHICKEN AT THIS LOCATION. Why would ANYONE order a BBQ CHICKEN pizza and check to make sure the chicken is selected?!? This is ridiculous. Order should be here in less then 10 minutes, we will see if she messed up the order as...

OI placed my app order# 088980229 for one beef pizza with veggies, chicken wings, and brownie bites at 7:45 p.m. The door dash driver only delivered the pizza and the wings after 9 p.m. When I ask if they have the brownies and showed them the receipt, the driver said it was not with the order. But she said she was going back to the store, and pick it up. It's 9:55 p.m., and the last pert of the order was not received. I sent a complaint to Casey's online. I will be Goin back to to store tomorrow to either pick up what I ordered or get a refund.
