I ordered a cake with blue/green writing and LOTS of colors. The picture below is what I received. Two colors, off center, huge patch-job, mysterious hole, box with frosting smudged on several places on outside. I received horrible customer service when I went in to talk with the "manager" on duty a couple days later. I was told, "My boss said sorry but he can't do anything about it since you didn't bring it in right away." It was for a party--I didn't have time! The bad customer service continued as I asked for her boss's name and contact information. All she could give me was "Steve". She didn't know his last name. Didn't have an email. During this back and forth conversation, a teenage server tried to chime in and argue with me about the colors. I explained to her that Green + Purple does not equal Blue-Green or Lots of Colors. This back and forth with the two of them went on for about 5 minutes with no sort of resolution. I wasn't expecting to be compensated, but I was expecting some sort of validation that this cake should never have gone out. I did happen to go inside, because I called ahead and had them decorate the biggest Ice Cream Cake they sell. If you haven’t tried one yet, you’re missing out! These Ice Cream cakes are a bit pricey, ($20-$28), but worth every penny. “They are honestly, to delicious to put into words.” I was impressed with how hard the handful of young employees were working to fill orders. They seemed to have a good system worked out, and should be commended for cooperating in an effort to provide an efficient Drive-Thru Service. We placed our order in the drive thru and as we pulled up to the window we saw the lady making our blizzards shove a huge piece of candy in mouth. She was chewing it like she just popped in 5 pieces of bubble gym. She didn't wash her hands the entire time and it completely grossed us out. Secondly, we went to DQ because we had coupons and reward points on the DQ app we wanted to use, but this woman told us they didn't take anything off the app and that she had never seen that before. I have used the DQ app at multiple locations prior to this which is why I have the points. She just didn't want to ask or put the effort into helping us.
