I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the unprofessional and unacceptable service I received at Taco Bell. The staff I encountered was not only rude and uncooperative, but they also displayed a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for the cleanliness and safety of the establishment. As I waited in line, I was shocked to see two young children, who appeared to be under the age of 10, running around the backroom where food is prepared. It was clear that they were not authorized to be in that area, and it was unsettling to think about the potential health risks associated with children being in close proximity to food preparation. But what was even more disturbing was the behavior of the employees. They were all hanging out in the backroom, seemingly socializing and having a good time, while customers waited outside. They were cussing and play-fighting, and it was obvious that they were not taking their jobs seriously. It was like they were running a personal hangout spot instead of a business. To make matters worse, when I finally got to the front of the line, I was told that it would take "just a minute" for my order to be prepared. However, it took over 20 minutes for my food to arrive, and in the meantime, I witnessed several employees giving away free food to their friends and acquaintances. It was clear that they were not following proper procedures or respecting the paying customers who were waiting for their orders. I was also concerned to see that one of the employees had gone into the bathroom and had not emerged for some time. Given the behavior I had witnessed earlier, I couldn't help but wonder if drugs were being used in the bathroom. It was a disturbing thought, and it made me question the overall cleanliness and safety of the establishment. In conclusion, my experience at Taco Bell was a complete disaster. The staff was unprofessional, unkempt, and seemingly more interested in having a good time than providing good service to customers. The lack of supervision and poor management was evident, and it's no wonder that this location has such a poor reputation. Submitted it while I was pumping gas as this location is connected to the BP gas station and went through the drive through with the app due to me forgetting my wallet. Explained to them I submitted my order in the app and they told me to park and come inside. I pull up to the window when I saw the regular submission screen to tell them they should see my order now. And they refused to service at the drive thru because it would ruin their stats and that now all of them are going to be penalized by the company despite me saying the order was sent in the app. I had been going to this restaurant for over 4 years. I’ve dealt with staff issues before without the need to leave a review despite this happened once before and I was still able to be serviced through the drive thru just fine without them refusing to complete the order and saying how I ruined their statistics for the restaurant and how all of the staff would be penalized. All other issues that were addressed without review was when staff would say they had been robbed and cannot take orders but come to find out the next day after expressing concern that no one was aware that a robbery occurred last night when I asked if the staff member was ok (several times for a time period until the staff member was let go.) Food orders made with slimy lettuce or brown guacamole. Food orders with poor packaging when placed in a bag as the fillings would spilling out. Soda that barely had syrup or floating flecks of mold in the drinks. Granted these are issues over a 4 year period that were addressed properly by management and I was able to get refunds when warranted. For one it is in a bad location attached to a gas Station and the drive thru is in an alley. But that's OK cause I loved Taco Bell when I lived in St Louis so I was thinking it would be the same until this happened. I've been a Dasher for awhile and I've went there a few times to get orders. But I usually try to avoid this particular Taco Bell because of the very rude, unprofessional, ghetto, uneducated, disrespectful, incompotant staff, that never has the order ready when u arrive, does not know how to talk to people and needs to be fired asap. This employee came from behind the counter and verbally harrased me and wanted to fight because of a red bag! Really!? She work at Taco Bell grow up! This is not high school and u r not my boss. Im my own boss and have a real job! She was an older black woman which really made me ashamed and feel bad for us as black women. Smh. I continued to ask her name and she wouldn't gave it and didn't have a nametag on. She just continued to verbally attack me, cussing me out and acting like she wanted fight, like she been to prison r something. Hope she wasnt a lead r a manager! So sad.
