Kitchen Amor — Restaurant in Des Moines

If you loved Des Fresh, you'll love Kitchen Amor! It's the same owners with some of the staples we all loved like the Sweet Corn Cakes. They still have lots of Vegan and Gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions. We walked in this morning expecting a new coffee shop and were so thrilled to see Stephanie behind the counter! I wasn't hungry but I couldn't contain my excitement and ended up getting a bacon, egg, and hashbrown breakfast burrito which comes with an additional perfectly crispy hashbrown patty on the side. Their food is always wonderful--perfect proportion of ingredients, properly cooked, flavorful, and healthy! And, their sauces are fantastic! The green salsa is my favorite. I got the Honey Pistachio Latté to drink and my hubs got a cortado. The coffee was delicious and exactly what we needed to start a beautiful Saturday. I couldn't recommend this...
