Don’t be fooled driving by, we had some seriously good tacos here. Just don’t expect something like Taco (B)Hell or any other watered done Americanized chain store selling what they call Mexican food. This is REALLY good authentic Mexican fare. We had pescado, camaron, al pastor, lengua, tripas, and azada tacos on corn tortillas… ALL amazing. My 12 year old asked to go a second time on the same day!! …. This would be a regular stop if we lived in Des Moines. Sadly we don’t. But it’ll be a reason to visit more frequently. FYI, It is cash only. Finally made it back for another go… we tried the tacos de Tripas, cabeza, pollo, puerco, pescado, asada, and a steak burrito… All were amazing. But if I had to pick… tacos de cabeza would win the day hands down… just amazing!! We fed 3 people on $26 and were were all very full ! Try that at McDonald’s!!!

2024. Came back today after the off season for the first time this year. Just as good as the last 100 times. Sangria, tripas, azada, lengua, cabeza. Perfecto. 2023. I've been coming for 5 years previous. Every time I come here I am absolutely satisfied to my core. Nothing like authentic tacos with a nice sangria. I spend $22 on myself every time. The tripas are the best in town.

One of the top contenders for us when we go get tacos. The food truck staff is friendly and service is quick. The tacos are loaded with food and flavor and the quesadillas are amazingly delicious. Forgive my picture I forgot to take photos until everything was almost gone! As usual like most taco trucks, cash only FYI.

The food at this taco truck is good, I use to go here a lot they stuff the tacos with a lot of meat and really tasty, but recently the quality of the food has gone down, the difference between them and now is that the meat seems to be dry and the tortillas are almost hard everything that I go there, the sauce containers are not even filled half way the price for a asada taco is still pretty cheap compared to other ones that are normally $2 a taco here they are $1.50 each, it think they would be the top taco place in town of they focused a little more on the quality of food like they use to, from what I can see it seems to be pretty clean on the inside, parking is ok it gets crowded sometimes during lunch time, overall...
