Outstanding! I just used them to surprise my mother for her b-day and the entire experience was phenomenal! From interacting with his staff/family to pre-paying for the order, everything was easy to use and professional. I am still floored that I paid so little to get so much out of what essentially became a custom cake--the previous year I spent near $100 at a popular bakery in Bishop Arts and I still can't think about it without feeling ill. This cake was so delicious, it's nearly unbelievable, lol. I have never had chocolate frosting that was perfectly chocolatey, not too sweet but still indulgent. The cake itself was moist and flavorful, and Mr. Joe (yes, take note that customers do not remain strangers, very personable) even accommodated me asking for a special design, not charging extra!

If you read reviews, you know how rare it has become to get excellent service and quality food, but this institution is a gem. I actually used Google reviews to decide on them and I was not disappointed. It feels like I was just catching up with some family I hadn't seen in forever. Customers....

I was blessed to find this bakery on Google. Contacted the bakery, spoke to the owner. I told him this is a surprise for my Uncle’s 75th birthday. I’ve never ordered from a place where I didn’t taste their food but they have awesome reviews. My uncle received his cake via delivery. He said, this cake smells so good and it’s heavy. I live in Kentucky, was traveling there in 7 days. I said please save some cake. I get to Dallas and asked for the cake, he said sorry niece, we demolished the cake. Needless to say he and his wife loved the cake. I’m forever grateful for Delightful Desserts...

I've been ordering from Mr Joe for yrs now.....always beautiful, delicious cakes. His work with food is impeccable and he himself a professional. ....I do have a favorite which is the German Chocolate cake that just melts in your mouth and my son loves the Strawberry cake....any flavor that you choose please believe me, you will NOT be disappointed. I want to congratulate you on a job well done Mr/Mrs Delightful Desserts....lol....may God keep you and continue to bless you so you can continue to bless us with those...
