Food is great. Horrible service. My experience was atrocious. They tell you 5-10 min for food after you order and pay but I waited 30 min. Once I got home I realized my order was wrong so I called in attempt to get my order re-made so that I would not have to wait again, but the manager refused to do that. He yelled and talked over during the phonecall that ended with him hanging up in my face. After arriving, a young man at the window attempted to correct the order but the manager intervened in and made a scene. He threw my refund down because I did not want to keep the food and followed up by shouting at me across the lot not to return. I was appalled. I sent an email and someone called my to "get my side" of the story but ultimately she justified his actions. She did say the owner would follow up by the end of the day and I have yet to receive a phonecall. I have never experienced anything like this.

I was actually trying to avoid leaving this kind of review because I do not like to immediately put my negative experience online without giving the company an opportunity to rectify the situation. This is why I waited 9 days before even posting it. I emailed, left messages on this account, and I contacted you directly. I do not have any voicemails that you attempted to contact me. In addition, if I did not answer the call you could have reached out on this account or your other account to just say "hey, I'm trying to call you regarding the situation." You chose not to do that which makes me feel as a supporter of your business that my experience was not important or urgent to you. It is unfortunate that it had to come to this, but I attempted multiple times to speak with you regarding my experience. It's not personal....

We were checking out the Grow Desoto Market. This trailer caught my children's eye before we got in the parking lot good. Despite being under a flash flood warning and it was currently raining, There was a line. My children said, "they food bussin' because the rain not stopping their customers. After placing our order, we waited in the car ( there are parking spots in front of the trailer). Also, there are tables to enjoy your meal if the weather is nice. After about 10 minutes, the window opened and my name was called. Mind you, during our waiting the influx of people picking up and ordering food was constant. As soon as I was done recording and taking pictures of our food, all I could hear coming from my back seat was cracking, smacking, and finger licking😆. I decided to taste it before driving off...We murked those plates right there in the parking lot. I'm not big on seafood but this was really good...

I heard about this place on IG and the food looked good. It did not disappoint! It's relatively easy to find in the Desoto Market parking lot, can't miss it. They have picnic tables out if you want to eat there. It was a bit chilly when I went so we took the food home. The service was great, they were polite and attentive and, their orders come out in the order received. Meaning that you don't have smaller orders getting done first while you wait on a bigger one. The food...if you like Cajun style seafood this is the place! Very tasty, lots of spice and butter, with sides of butter as well! Portions are a good size. We got the shrimp and crab combo meal that comes with 1/2 pound of shrimp, a crab cluster, several potatoes and 2 corn on the cobs for around 31 bucks a plate. Well worth it!
