I rally ever make comments about a restaurant experience but I felt it was necessary to mentioned—I will never/ever visit this restaurant again. I parked at the front of the building and was greeted with a sign stating Parking for Donut Customers Only in a public parking lot. I was a bit confused with which place to park because I really didn't know which restaurant was for Chinese food and which one was for the Donut place and ended up going into the Donuts place by accident and asked the clerk is their any reason why I can't park here to go to the restaurant next to you? The clerk said its ok for you to park their but only for two hours. I was a bit confused why she said what she said but I figured the owner of the established put it their for his customers to park only and decided this is probably a sign for me to not continue and just leave.
However I decided maybe this is just a weird set of circumstances and decided to go inside the Chinese restaurant beside the Donut shop and was met with a older lady sweeping the kitchen floor that greeted me with absolutely no professionalism. All she said was, Yes? I proceeded to order a lunch item and decided instead to order a large entree and proceeded to hand her my card and she process my order practically threw the receipt on the counter and told me to "sign it!" Let me repeat Told me to "sign it!" I immediately said to her "no I'm not signing it, do you see how you threw the receipt and the pen on the counter?" The lady begin to scowl and I decided to have a seat at a table and wait for my food because I could see she was visibly upset at me for not signing the receipt. I listen to her for a brief 20 to 30 seconds telling me it's the policy for you to sign the receipt etc, etc...
I proceeded to end the entire situation and stated to her to cancel my order and give me a refund. Once again she begin scowling more and said OK! OK, and went through the process with her credit card terminal to void the transaction and once it was complete and my voided receipt was printed up she again aggressively slammed the receipt on the counter. I asked her can you signed the voided receipt she looked at me and refused, I then responded, but according to you it's the policy that the customer must sign but you can do whatever you want and not sign the voided receipt. I then responded to her I will never come back to this place and she responded THANK YOU!!! As I was walking out the door and I responded your not welcome ma'am, and went down the street to Panda Express and purchase almost a identical meal $3 cheaper and I donated to their Children Network a $100 to rid myself of such a terrible experience in Desoto.
I must say to each of you reading this message I've never ever received such poor service in my many years of living in this area.

He had the beef & broccoli & the meat was white on the inside & it didn't even look like beef & broccoli. It looked like someone had just thrown up on it, I had the sesame chicken & it looked decent but tasted like I was eating rubber, didn't even seem like real chicken I was eating. Spent $30.00 Saturday night. Was going to return it Sunday but they were closed. My boyfriend & his brother went to return it & got a refund monday & the same lady who rung us up Saturday was there monday & she got upset & told us that we let the food expire that's why it looked & tasted that way. She gave us a refund, told us she's been in business for 10 years & rudely told us not to come back!!! They have poor customer service!!!! I'm glad I didn't eat the noodles, no telling what they were made of either. This is the first chinese place I took a chance on & it ended up being a terrible tasting disastrous mess! Read moreI attempted to order lunch for my family yesterday, and the lunch specials show to be available until 3pm. I was placing my order on the restaurant site, and the information was coming up for the Lunch & Weekly specials that they would only appear for ordering during the valid time. I tried several times to check out, but because my order wasn't going to be ready to pick up before 3pm, their site kept giving me an error and prompting me to remove the Lunch & Weekly special items from my cart. I then called the restaurant directly several times, and got no answer - only the voicemail recording to input my mailbox number. My daughter went to the restaurant, and ofcourse, they were not busy! It was then a little bit after 3pm and they were able to have our full price order ready...
