Terrible service waited to even pick up my food and when I got there I was almost hit by another car in the drive thru. Then when I finally got up to the speaker in the drive thru I was asked to wait. I waited for more than 20 mins before someone came onto the speaker and I had already ordered through the bk app. So I was being nice giving them time to make my order prior to me making it to them. But when I talked to the girl on the speaker she proceeded to try to tell me to come inside and got yelled at by the manager on the speaker which me and my husband both heard. That is very unprofessional! When we talked to the girl at the first window she opened the window asked how we were doing today, and then started naming off an order and when both my husband and I said no more than 3 times that was not our order she finally listened to us to get the name for the mobile order. After that she asked us to wait we waited more than 20 to 25 mins to even pull up to the second window. When we got up to that window we were then told to wait at the front door due to the fact that they did not have any fresh chicken fries made. When the worker brought our food to the car. She was very rude had a nasty attitude and when asked about my order was just not very nice to what is supposed to be your customer!!!!! WHY!!!!! Then when I got home which I live less than 5 minutes down the road to eat my food I not only had the wrong sauces. But my whopper Jr. Was not supposed to have mayo on it due to the fact I HAVE A MAYO ALLERGY! I asked for no mayo, an extra beef patty which was not on there, light tomatoes, etc. on my burger it was covered in mayo. My chicken fries when told they were supposed to be fresh were cold. My honey mustard sauce was not in the bag at all they just gave me any sauce they wanted too which happened to be sweet and sour which I only asked for that for one of my chicken fries. Ranch for the other and honey mustard for the third chicken fries I ordered. In all honesty this restaurant should definitely be running better! If I could give this restaurant a 0 star I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD! YOU DONT LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS OR READ THE SCREEN PROPERLY! LEARN TO DO BETTER! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI NEVER come to this location typically because I know they're horrible. They open and close whenever they want, usually have rude staff, slow service, and subpar food. Today I gave them another shot only because they are the closest location to my house and I was in a hurry.
When I get to the speaker, I ask the cashier for the two double croissant sandwich deal for $5. She tells me that they don't have that deal and one sandwich costs $6. I ask her to confirm that they are not offering the 2 sandwiches for $5 deal that they have clearly advertised on their ordering board. They cashier says: "Yeah, that's what I just told you." I concede and just go ahead to order the two single croissant sandwiches for $4 instead.
As the car ahead of me leaves the window, and I start to approach the window, the cashier sticks her head out and says: "Stop right there. Wait!" I quickly realize this is to stop the internal drive-thru timer because they know that they are taking too long preparing these orders (as usual). After 3 minutes of sitting there with no car in front of me, waiting to pull to the window, she motions me to pull ahead.
When I get to the window, I see that the cashier is wearing 6 inch nails and no hat or hairnet (which disgusts me right away). I wait for about 3 more minutes and she collects my money and passes me the food. I shouldn't have eaten here, I knew better, but I was hungry and didn't have time to stop anywhere else. After this experience, I will STARVE before I ever eat at this...
