Good food but the Attitudes of the OWNER OR EMPLOYEES needs to change. Dark skin heavy set woman and other 2 ladies that be on staff. 2 different visits I experienced this. There are millions of restaurants to eat at but yours was chosen. When people walk in your establishment to order greet them with a smile 😊. Say welcome to Fat Boys what would you like to order? How May I help you? Better yet, May I place your order? Anything but weird looks turned up frowning faces, smart mouths and rudeness. Acting unprofessional and rude is not becoming. Be a business with integrity, good customer service and appreciative of your customers. What personal or business dilemmas you have are just that. They are not your customers so don't mistreat them. Serve them nicely they help keep the business going and your family bills paid. Also don't have your doors open for service then tell customers we really not open we waiting on oil. Online it says they close much later than they do APPARENTLY because when I arrived they were answering the phone saying no more call ins. I stood there for over 8 minutes waiting to order just for them to say they don't have anything that I was asking for available. So you don't have any steak, lamb, shrimp or crab at your establishment? On a Monday evening.....sheesh! I can tell that because they were busy and closing in an HOUR that they just didn't want to fulfill my order. Not to mention how highly unprofessional the staff was, loudly cursing and discussing personal manners. Read moreI didn't get a chance to even try the food, I ordered too much apparently, my order was over 50 dollars and because of that. I was informed that unless I come in and pay first they would not start to cook the meals. I could not pay over the phone either, my only option the rude young lady told me is to come in pay and then wait for our dinners to be prepared. I guess spending a lot of money with their restaurant is a crime. I was definitely treated as if I did something horribly wrong. Definitely won't bother them again and I was trying to get food for my 5 grown children, no future business there....
