if could give this place a not one single star i would. So i had and interview here and the comnucation skills are horrible. The young lady who was the second manager was nice and i was told by her i recivced the job. however the actual interview was supposed to be with the higer manger but he had to make a delivery ,so i had the interview with the young lady which went well i was told to study the menu and she showed me around to instruct me on what will take place when starting. So i did the application and finnaly me and the higer manger"MARK" shook his hand and even gave him at thank you card for this opportunity. Then 4 days went by no notcice of when so i went back up there and he was making a delivery so i was told to wait 40mins by some other guy he proceeded to no work with me and wss rude in a way . I was simply trying to explain what took place 4days before he was even there. So i went home it was 40min after i call up there and he said he was going to contact me. Eventually another week went by and i called again "Mark the manerger was giving the phone. So i told he i was supposed to recivece a call from you and i was told i had the job. He said oh yea you the 16 year old didnt even akownlege my name. he said i know it may seem like were ignoring you but trust me we not there so much going on i was going to get every done today but unfortunately today not the day i making delivers being my staff are not here and i been busy all day "they want the check but not willing to do the work " i will be contacting you and finshing the process soon . Another week went by no call about when i starting or nothing .You would think somone in need of new employee would move quick .So i call the thrid and final time and was like is the manager available the employee answer the phone and said said no , then the guy who answer the phone was like there another manerger tho. I ask if he could give me her name he said well i just started so i dont know . I know right what a way to find out you was giving the position but the process never proceeded. Its very rude and professional specially because i was constantly insure that i recived the job and he will call back to finish the process . I carry myself very professional and have good experience in one of the biggest company ever so coming across this was very of unfamiliar to me. And not only that he had multiple time to let me that it was another person who was more qualified for the position. I'm not bashing this place in any shape or form I'm just speaking from an outside point of view. There many changes needed do to the lack of perfessionalism and hopefully "Mark" more straight forward and dont take long to ger back in touch with people. He saying one thing but not being following up at all. This was just a bad way to find out someone else received the position , i mean come on through the employee after there weeks if waiting me patience. Read moreOn 8/25/23, I placed an order for 2 pizzas, wings, a Philly and sodas. In about 1.5 hours (very late) a driver arrived as I was at the front door to greet him. The driver stopped, said he would be back and pulled off. I assumed he left part of my order at the store and had to go pick it up. He never returned. I called the store and was advised they were remaking my order with no other explanation. At this point I had not eaten in over 24 hours, was late for an appointment and had to leave. About an hour later, I got a call from my neighbor advising the food was delivered. I didn’t return home until the next morning, never got the food from my neighbor and didn’t get my refund of $47. I called several times to make the store aware of frustration with the order.
On 9/12/23, I called for a remake of the order. The manger on duty first said she could not find the order in her system; and could not replace it. She verified the attempted delivery with the driver who pulled off on 8/25/24 and still did not replace the order. She then claimed the order amount of $47 had been refunded. I confirmed the payment had been debited from my card on 8/28/23 and had, in fact, not been refunded. I went back and forth with the manager for 2 hours and ultimately she refused to remake or refund my $47 order. They basically ripped me off. Horrible experience. A total of 6 hours of frustration over 2 separate days for a delivery order.
Update** Called and spoke with day shift manager Rhonda on 9/13/23. She found my order in seconds, advised it had not been refunded, .lwas apologetic for the experience and advised she would remake the order and deliver shortly after 5pm. I waited and the order never arrived….but a refund of my $47 was applied to my bank account the following day.
On 9/19/23, decided to give them another chance. After 1.5 hours, I called to check the status of my delivery order. Was told driver was walking out the door with my food. Called back 45 minutes later after app advised my food had been delivered (It was not. I was standing outside waiting on the driver.) and was told again the driver just left with my food. Read moreLet me first please say how absolutely disappointed I am in the customer service that they have as management here which is Paul. Not only did we order pizza today but Brandon ordered it for me from work, they have never asked for the credit card or an ID and delivery and the one time that they do he's at work and he ordered it for me from his phone. Luckily his mother was here but she typically isn't and have her ID with her last name but when talking to Paul about the situation he explained to me that they would've then not given me my pizza that my boyfriend already paid for if I would not have had Brandon here. Also a huge thing that really annoys me is we constantly every single time but please come to the side door and knock because we live on the lower level we have a handicapped blind dog and the delivery driver is constantly are going to our front door causing the dog to freak out. Frankly I just think that the service I have received today was completely outrageously rude. Paul has no sense of understanding how to talk to my customer and completely disregarded the fact that I am one. After basically explaining to me that if he had my credit card in front of him and he ordered a pizza with that it would've been wrong so basically he was claiming that I did not have my boyfriend order said pizza. Basically accusing me of fraudulence, Paul has no sense of customer service and I would love for their corporate office to know how absolutely disappointed I am along with my boyfriend and his mother and we have decided that we will no longer be ordering from Domino's after this experience and the few that have led up to this.
