El Parian 3 — Restaurant in Detroit

I decided to try this place after seeing it listed on Instagram as a top 10 taco spot. I tried their pork Tacos, birria Tacos, chicken Tacos and chicken Nachos. I was most eager to try the birria Tacos and most disappointed to find they didn't come with the sauce/dip. I went back up to the counter to ask about it and was told they don't give it out with those tacos. He gave me some pork juice to dip my tacos in instead. The birria meat was quite dry. The pork juice/oil helped a bit to add flavor and juices. I wouldn't order them again. The chicken and pork Tacos were also just OK. Nothing special. I was most impressed by the nachos. It's a gigantic portion of food that could easily be shared by multiple people and the price was cheap at ten bucks. The customer service was lacking because there was quite a language barrier. Items were added to my order that I didn't order and the person taking my order wasn't able to answer most of my questions. I think it's important to speak Spanish or you are quite familiar with this food truck menu to fully enjoy this business. If you like authentic street tacos this is the place for you I have tried almost everything on this taco truck including carne asada steak tacos and chicken quesadillas. Literally you walk up to the window and can watch them cook your food to order on a flat top grill as you wait fresh ingredients and fresh toppings including fresh habanero onion and cucumber blend cut fresh daily for you to talk every talk or quesadilla with. I literally eat this about 4 to 5 days a week for lunch while I'm out working in the area my mother my children my friends everybody loves this place and I believe you would too highly recommended for anyone who likes authentic...

I had the pleasure of visiting el parian 3 and it was an incredible experience! The tacos were packed with flavor—fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned. I tried chicken tacos every bite was amazing.

The service was friendly and quick, even though there was a bit of a line (which speaks to how popular they are!). The salsa options were on point, especially the [mention your favorite salsa]. Bonus points for the affordable prices and convenient location.
