Clark Park — Attraction in Detroit

Clark Park is a great park in Southwest Detroit. There are a number of walking paths throughout the park, soccer fields, baseball/softball fields and a nearby school as well nice homes facing the park and businesses nearby on Vernor Street. I really enjoy coming here year round, but especially in the winter because of the outdoor ice rink. There’s youth and families that skate here and play hockey here, and then they have drop in hockey on certain evenings. It’s about $5 to skate here and they have parking nearby as well as a locker...

I sat across the street from Clark Park and from what I can see they are really making the park more inviting, they have an exercise area they have a basketball court a tennis court they also have a baseball diamond they have swings for the children they have some walk path also they have people in the park that's cleaning the park up , I really like that they keep the park clean. Clark Park is truly a gem in Southwest Detroit. It's always clean, well-maintained, and full of life. Whether you're coming to walk the trails, watch a hockey game, or just relax under the trees, there's something for everyone. The community events here are amazing and the park really brings people together. Love seeing families, kids, and even dogs enjoying the space. Definitely one of the best parks...
