I replied your special is one large pizza with two toppings and ten wings. Finally, I believe she's gotten my order right, she says 31.47. How did we get from 19.99 to 31.47 she couldn't explain it. I asked for the manager, who told her to tell me she was on call and to give her minute. I waited 15 by then I'm ready to walk out and go to the nearest competitor, but I calmed myself down.

The manager came up and instead of addressing my problem, she answers the phone and then goes back to the back. I walked back up to the counter to inquire about the manager, the cashier standing there with something white on both sides of her mouth goes back to get her. She comes back I explain the situation, she back pulls my order up and showed her the cashier the correct coupon code and my balance waa $21.19 I gave her $30 and she gave me 8.45 back. Maybe if she had used the amount tender feature on the register she would have given me the right change. While waiting for my order I look around the lobby floor, pop machine, and window are dirty. The windows had dead flies and bees in them. I watched the cashier stand there stuffing marshmallows in her mouth. I can't get my money back, so I wait 30 minutes for my order. I had to finally asked the manager how much longer I had to wait, she goes back and gets it and said the chicken just came up. I left with my order feeling like I needed a shower. I will never go back there again.
