I was disappointed, got in there an a young girl was like, "One moment!" So was like ok. So I'm waiting an waiting and waiting and waiting by now my food should be ready so I'm continuing to wait, the guy that does the delivery came in saw and acknowledged me told him my name an he went an checked on my food. He told me it's not ready ok so I'm back waiting and waiting and waiting even tried to handle a business call so I'm still sitting there waiting and waiting, mind you the young lady that told me one moment still has not come to the front at all to take my order or ring me up or nothing. The delivery guy came back out front about to deliver pizza an he was like you still here? Yes! I said so he asked me what I had, I told him he went back in there asking for shrimp asking about my order then that young lady finally came an stood at the register didn't say nothing though she just stood there then went back to the back came back with 2 boxes then grabbed a box that had been sitting there then justed yelled out the price, 🤷🏾‍♀️. I originally told the delivery guy the name I told them when I ordered which was Tonie so that's why when he looked back there looking for an order under Tonie an didn't see it he said it wasn't ready but actually it was ready it was under the name that showed on their caller id which is my government name so all that time I spent sitting there my food was right there. If they're not going to use the name you told them an go off caller id then they should let people know, cause I didn't know an I'm just sitting there like a fool. I will give this place zero stars if I could yesterday there was an incident where me and my friends ordered food at around 11 PM the food did not get there till after 1230 to which he forgot one of our items, but still demanded full payment saying that he would come back with the missing item But me and my friends refused to give him full payment unless he came back with our item we would’ve gave him the rest of the money which was highly unlikely due to the fact that they closed at 1 AM, which it was already 1240 something when he left, he tried to accuse us of robbing him ,we for females,because we did not give him full payment and he came back to our house over three times very aggressive, threatening us, and our safety I assume he was high off of something by the way he was acting he had a white lady in his passenger seat slumped over, knocked out when he first approached and gave us our food. He smelled like straight oil and gasoline. He was very dirty and when I called the store to complain about his behavior, the manager picked up the phone and claimed he is acting like that because we robbed him if we robbed him why did he give us the food , who is going to pay for a item that they don’t even have because he either gave our item to someone else or he forgot it. 🤢So not only should this place shut down but they should reimburse everybody who ever ate here and worked here! My son worked here and it was truly a nightmare from hell! As his FIRST job he was the cook for a few months WITHOUT proper training so if you received burnt food between December of last year and March of this year that was my son 😭. Also, a lot of the food that you are eating is not actually Happy's food but it is food purchase at the grocery store across the street! I was told this by a cashier. I would not recommend this as a job or a place to eat! If you want to work somewhere where you go weeks without getting paid, get bounced checks that put your account in the red, and if you want to eat burnt food from the grocery store played off as Happy's food then this is the spot for you! I do not believe corporate really cares much about this location because myself along with others have reached out and nothing has changed. Just starting from the front door it is so disgusting it looks like nothing has been wiped down or sanitize in years.
