Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

I placed my order at 8:00, got my confirmation at 8:19, my order was supposed to be delivered within a hour . I called a girl answered the phone had poor communication said the order has been out for delivery. 10pm came around I still have not received my order so I called again, the same girl answered the phone said that she would call the delivery driver and call back. My sister was on hd for 37 minutes. I ended up going to the store around 10:30 my order was not there. The delivery driver called me at 10:46 and said he was at my apartment. I ordered my food at 8pm and got my food at 11pm...The staff has poor communication skills.! They have a driver that's 75 years old fresh out of prison and cannot get orders out in at a reasonable time. The location at 7 mile and Vandyke has it's ups and downs. Today 9-1-19, our order was done to perfection! The chef did an amazing job! Pizza was cut to perfection, not dry at all. The toppings were fresh and satisfying. Just a phenomenal job. 5 stars for the cook.

The 2 (two) stars come in when referring to the staff. Extremely rude(male and female at the window) and did not honor the advertisement that was printed on the catering and that was presented at the time of ordering. Catering menu needs to be fully updated if the establishment is not going to honor the ad presented.

I love that this establishment is in the neighborhood, the client service just needs improvement drastically.

There food is good but not worth the confrontation with some of their delivery drivers. I stopped ordering from them after one of their drivers tried to fight me at my job, he arrived over an hour late with my order then when I objected to my food being cool he became hostile and challenged me to come outside to fight. His behavior was so out of control I had to call the police but he took off before they arrived. I called the store and customer service and reported this...customer service told me that they really couldn't do anything because their driver were independent contractors hired by the store.
