I did a online order!! They messed the whole order up, gave me what they wanted to give me and then got smart when I called and told her I was sending it back.... I am from down south and I am country I was explaining to her that all the food was cold and the order was wrong and I didn't have all my food!!! Her way of getting me quiet was screaming lalalalalalala on the phone like she was crazy... We took the food back up there they replaced it with a attitude, everything was good and fresh but if that kind of customer service keeps going on that new KFC will just be a waste of money because no one will want to go there... Or someone going to snap on those attitudes that is there!! KFC please take that particular location employees back to training to learn how to talk to customers even when they have angry customers they supposed to know how to handle their selves......
Read moreI was in drive- thru Saturday evening, ordered a combo... they didn't give me the soda that was included with my purchase. So I went back to drive- thru and told young lady that i didn't receive my drink, they ask me to pull around. So now I'm on the outside lane at window for drink. After finishing with customer at window, they ask me what i wanted there? Lol, my drink that I already paid for that YOU forgot to give me. They say they're gonna bring out to me, then ask me to come get it myself. Explained to lady that lobby door was locked. Went to locked door. Young lady & man in lobby came to tell me lobby was closed. Told them again about my drink, they say i need to get back in line behind 6 vehicles to receive my soda. I retreated to my vehicle and left location immediately without the things that I had previously paid for. Will never return to this...
Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. I placed my order then was told to park in the handicap spot and he’d bring out my food. After 15 minutes I walked inside to see what was taking my order so long. I ordered a 8 piece family meal with 3 sides and 4 biscuits. I received 6 pieces of chicken and 6 tenders and 2 sides. I called back to the store and was told I needed to be clear next time because she thought that’s what I wanted. I told her while I was in line what I wanted and told her which 3 sides I wanted. The customer service after they made a mistake was horrible. Getting a attitude with the customer isn’t what a service member or manager should do. I shouldn’t have received a nasty attitude because I wanted my large Mashed potatoes...
