Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

That w chicago location is terrible! The service is bad!!!!! So bad! I order a pizza online said yo be ready at 5:36pm I stood at the desk for about 10 minutes they told me my pizza was not done it was just in the oven! I stand there another 15 mins plus while they talking in the back never acknowledging no customers!!! Come back to the front dish out a hot n ready then preceded to go to the back to finish talking,, lobby packed! In 45 mins they dished out 2 pizzas how is that possible? Ok finally get someone to stay in the front to ask for my pizza again! They said it’s coming now by this time I have been ordered this pizza over an hour I get the pizza home (it was the calzone) it’s cold in the middle how when they stated it was coming out the oven!!! It was like cottage cheese in the middle that was the nastiest wet pizza I have ever had!!!! They need more organization!!! And customer service skills bad!!! One should have been putting the dough in the pans the next adding toppings and the 3rd taking orders!!! But no! You can see them back there leaning against the counter flipping the spatulas!!! What the hell!!! The lobby full money walking out the door!!!! If they need help call me I can pull it together I was a customer service manager for over 5 years…. You need adults in there...

They dont believe in wash there hands and at 8pm u can nt get a special and they close at 10 there is never a manager there after 5:35 kids r running store and they never want to give u a receipt they touch money and then go make your food go outside hit a blunt come back in and make your food just no professionalism at all the managers needs to be fired cuz they allowed this to happen this happens more than 5 days of the week oh in standing this area years employees are always dirty like dirty dirty like yesterday's dirt oh and it's so obvious that they're stealing I've seen many occasions with it take money out of the register and put it in their pockets if anybody ever rewind the tape that they have their that surveillance tape see there are stealing hard and is probably all the manager's fault because good leadership reflects attitude so very much tell they have a bad leader...

This Little Caesars is slow to open and quick to close, the food is hardly ever made fresh, there is never a manager or supervisor there to supervise the place, the teenagers or very young adults are always either on the phone(not with customers), playing and babbling about nothing, or ignoring customers till they feel like coming back to the front to answer or take new orders. They always only have the(Cold Hot&Ready), Crazy Bread, sometimes Cheesy Garlic Bread, or if lucky (Calzones). Then they have the nerve to go up on their prices, I thought Hot&Ready were $5.30 which I also always get Butter Parmesan all over it, no more then $6.30. NOW just today 6/20/2022 I paid 8.00! That's crazy, and what happened to the 30% more Pepperoni?!? None of that, it was cold, and they were very stingy with the butter parmesan. Horrible, if I could give 1...
