Subway — Restaurant in Detroit

Out of all the years I’ve been going to Subway, I’ve never met a worker that seemed so rude for nothing. Me and my boyfriend came here for the first time in this area, and it was a skinny caramel skin black woman that was working alone and had such a bad attitude. The whole time me and my boyfriend ordering food, she was complaining about Doordash orders and being tired and aggressively making subs like it’s our fault she don’t like working. We understand that working can be hard, but that doesn’t mean take it out on your costumers. She got upset at me all because she didn’t know I was about to order after my boyfriend did his order separately. It’s almost like she was trying to rush us to leave when we’ve only been in there for no more than 10 minutes. We was just about to tip her just because we felt bad for her but we changed our mines after she caught a attitude all because she ain’t feel like making my order . I don’t think I will ever come here, at least not if I see her. The food was good but they might need more or better...

I went into this Subway on Sunday the Female that was working was slurring her words like she was under the influence of something also her Dad was let In behind the Counter he was talking to her and walking back and forth than I witnessed a 2nd person behind the Counter In the back of the store he was eating out of a box also a Lady came In which was the workers Dads Girlfriend went up to the Counter getting chips also the Dad and the Girlfriend lit a Cigarette inside the store to top It off the Worker was making my Sandwich and when she was putting Mayo on my sandwich some other sauce was dripping on there I ask what Is that she tells me Southwest sauce which was very disgusting cause I got something on my sandwich that I didn't ask for all the bottles were leaking In one container together I won't be visiting this Subway...

I did a online order, they charged my card and wouldn't give my friend the food without my ID. Then the next day I went back up there with my ID and card and was refused a refund unless I signed a blank peice of paper. They were smoking weed right outside the door as we walked up. They were aggressive and yelling at us while I was trying to get the refund. After presenting them with my card they were too high to even read the numbers and told me they didn't match and that I could've found any card to match those 4 last numbers. Then they looked a second time and saw that they did match. And I still didn't...
