Krazy Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

My food had hair in it. No employes knows the critical at a restaurant? The staff and manager rude, to the point I had to hang up. My order was wrong on delivery. False advertisement for coupons and deals.. And to top it off, Krazy pizza has no corporate or HR number to call. FOR Complaints, Or getting your money back. This is how things get personal and make the news saying people petty for getting they own justice. But I'ma let Go and let God. But I'll never eat here again and I'll make sure every RGM knows how Krazy Pizza do "business"

Replying to Krazy pizza: I called already when it happened. The employee said well don't order here if it's hair in your food anymore. Then your manager gets on the phone and I said all I want is a refund y'all got my order wrong hair was in it She said no refund and hung up. So I'm not go let the devil win this time cause I'm actually petty enough to come up there and be petty for a month until y'all close down for good if u get the picture. All I'm asking is for you to get a new team. The community has to many complaints about your managers there now and we bout to stop shopping with y'all. #MackBoyz. I was just reading the reviews a lot of review people say they used to support this facility since day one and they have never done a decent honest review until they get one messed up order until they miss one chicken wing y'all got to realize it is short staffed everything cannot go accordingly especially dealing with people that don't want to work it is not their fault that yall can't cook or don't want to cook so this is what you have to put up with if you don't like the customer service if you don't like the place go eat or learn how to cook because half you people that's doing these low Stars are the main ones that feel privileged and titled and constantly complaining about shit and can't do nothing about it but complain. So for the ones that's actually doing the honest reviews and bring it in business to these people I really appreciate y'all last night was my first time going no complaints everything was on point and I left the tip because I felt they deserved it I wish I could have left more for those that seeking a good place to eat I highly recommend do not go off on these reviews because most of them probably did some grimy shit to get...

If I can give negative stars I would, this establishment made the delivery for my order charged my credit card $32 and then looked at me and told me that they were canceling that order because the card did not register to the current address where I was standing at it was still registered to my old address because I hadn't updated the account so they refused to give me my order unless I handed them cash for the order on top of the $32 that they just charged my card. I'm going on day 7 of the funds not being returned to my card. I feel like they're untrustworthy and you should never hand them a credit card no or a debit card of any sort. My bank told me that the funds should have returned to my account by the 19th if not they'll be a police report filed the original authorization will be canceled and they'll be able to put the funds back on my card nothing like this should take this long to handle and I only had this problem...
