L George's Coney Island — Restaurant in Detroit

First I would like to start off with I pregnant and staff was informed of that multiple times. I called the store Sarah answered and said they close at 4am and hung up in my face. Her other coworker was still answering the phone. It was a whole bunch of males in there and the girls were young. So I understand but they were flirting, but far as service. I would not recommend the night staff. Then I got home. My food was wrong. So I called again. And they are still playing on the phone. I asked for the names and she gave me some unrealistic names. Whoever Rust ( a cook, in the back ) is which Sarah told me the name. Can’t read a ticket right. Or maybe the males were distracting the cashier from doing her job. The fries were old. I hope management sees this. And needs to remind their staff this is a business. And them playing on their phones causes damage to their business. And when payday comes those staff members will be 1st to ask for their check. And they still have to pay that staff. ( Coney business not mine) First time ordering from this Coney to try them out. I went there on Sunday 10/9/22, I ordered a Omelette. My wife ate have of it Sunday morning, she went back to eat the rest on Monday and found a piece of glass/plastic in it!! I called up there and asked to speak to a Manager and was told we don't have a Manager , I have been here for 16 years and I'm the closest thing to one. I said I'm not trying to get anything, just want someone to look at the camera and see if something broke while the cook was cooking. Then was told that it's nothing back there that could break but the coffee glass. When I asked when will the owner be in I was told, I don't no when he will be here and the cameras don't go back that far. Then when I asked for the Owner name was told that she couldn't give me that. Then I asked for the corporate number, then she told me we a franchise there's no number (l was like wow are you for will). Do you even know how you become a franchise? Then she hung up on me.. We need to really do better, this is keeping place is keeping there doors open because of people that lives with in a mile or so from there and this is the way the workers talk to paying customers, that's keeping you with a job...

I woke up 4am starvin. Hmmm, where can I get me some eggs? Well been doin L Georges during the day for a long time so lets give the late crew a shot. Worst decision I could have made!! The server answered the phone and took my order as though I was interupting her bubble bath. After driving pick up this masterpiece I found there was not even one course I could eat. toast, dry and very cold(hard!). hash browns tasted like they had been marinating in oil for more time than they took to cook. Eggs were the true star of the show. When I tried to dig in there (by dipping my old cold all around foul sausage) the sausage came away with a top hat off the entire egg yolk! This happend on both yolks. Anyway I did call back(this was a carry out) so I called to let them know I was not happy about the meal( however the server was spot on in making correct change) the cook? was very quick to let me know that I was wrong and he is a great cook. If the office follows his line they surely wont have to add my $6.35 to any night (or day...after that) to their bank...
