Really disappointing.
Good chips and salsa. Good rice and beans.
Otherwise everything is pre-made and reheated, which makes for very greasy food that seems the opposite of fresh. Any attempt deviate from the menu is like asking a 5 year old to cook for me.
Yes, we would like the cheese (that you forgot the first time) melted on top of the enchiladas. Did you really need to ask?
Not vegetarian friendly. Only one sauce, plus another 2 for tacos.
"Service" was robotic.
As far as decor, it's a converted market. That means you're looking at orange painted cinder blocks and rows of food that you can buy on your way out...

Read moreMy husband and I came across this little store and I mean little but wow was there a wonderful little restaurant inside and the food was absolutely delicious and when I say delicious it was delicious!!! There's also a deli counter and the older man that is behind the counter had been there for many years we bought some of his Jodi so that he had made and it was again delicious we took it to share it with our family at Sunday dinner and everyone loved it! We would definitely have to make this a stop by visit when we visit Southwest Detroit it is @ 1930 springwells...
