I wish there was an option for 0 stars! This was the worst experience ever at any restaurant or place of business! I was doing delivery for Uber eats with my boyfriend. He went in to get the food which were 2 seperate orders. Took him quite some time to come out. He says while in there he asked them to verify if this was everything. The teenagers working there shooed him along saying to move out the way and that it's right there bro! We got to the 1st customer's house and realized her 2 liter Pepsi was not there. SMH not to mention her pizza bites were poorly packaged and were coming out of the collapsing boxes inside of the bag. We went back to get the pop and this was the worst option! My boyfriend went inside again reminded them how he was rushed and the pop was missing. He went in the back handed him a Diet Pepsi and then walked away. When told that was wrong he said well we ain't got regular Pepsi. We called the customer and she requested Starry instead. The teenager goes in the back again and comes with Mountain Dew sits it down walks away. I can see everything from the car so at this point I'm livid because it's taking 10 mins to replace a pop correctly! I come in with my phone to call the customer and I asked the boy what did they actually have instead of him keep bringing what he wants to. I could see from a distance that they literally only had 4 2 liters in the whole fridge smh Once I told the customer the choices she wasn't pleased but decided on one. Now the boy thinks he has to ring me up not even realizing we are still replacing an item on an order smh. This is where I lost it and started yelling for the pop to be given to me immediately! The girl in the background starts saying I better shut up before I get my ass whooped. It took everything in me to walk away but it wasn't quietly. Read morePlaced a call in order for a special made pizza. The young lady that placed my order was kind and sweet. After a while I get in line and watch the most ghetto display by the cashier. When it was my turn, she gave my total $24 & some change. I went to get the money out but only has a $100 bill which shouldn't be a problem because I watched everyone ahead of me give $20 bills. But Ms. Cashier simply told me "sorry we can't take $100 unless your total is over $50. So I dig some more to see if maybe I had something else tucked away and she tells me "and no $50 if you're order is not $25. Let me remind you my total was $24 so if I had a $50 she still wasn't going t0o let me use it. Read more‼️‼️Worse experience ever they had more than enough help and still could not get orders out or correct them then the nasty attitude cashier wanna get mad at everyone when we the ones spending money and y'all would not have a job without customers so yeah . Also I ordered online at 6:40pm and did not get my pizzas until 8:00pm make that make sense . And then a manager was in the building but he didn't do anything to help customers and he did not make anyone social distance in the building at all most of the workers did not have a mask 😷 on either the whole situation was sad tonight..and to add one of the cashier girls said they was not taken anymore orders tonight(way before close time) before I left and they close at 9pm .. hire people who know how to deal with people and the public because nasty attitudes will lose you business I will never be back to this little...
