Cosmos Coney Island — Restaurant in Detroit

Waited in line over a half an hour just to have A LOT of HAIR in my corned beef sandwich like it was deliberately done!!! Check out my picture in the food section of this place and my cc fries was not made with the sliced cheese that I asked for I WILL BE TAKING LEAGAL ACTION!!! DO NOT EAT HERE IF U VALUE YOUR LIFE BECAUSE THEY DONT VALUE IT AT ALL!!! Plus when I went in to get a refund they only refunded one of my meals and the cashier was very rude and decided to argue with me abt how much she was supposed to be paying me back n the owner thought it was funny and the whole business treated me as if I did something wrong so these ppl will not have my services ever again and I will be taking action to get this disgusting place...

My experience was horrible. After working 12 + hrs I called just to order a few coneys. After answering I was put on hold for 15 mins after which I hung up. I called back numerous times just to receive no answer. I had to drive there to place my order. After 15 or so mins of waiting the customers before me recieved there orders before me. I asked the young lady how is that happening and she to me and I quote,( AM I COOKING YOUR FOOD?) I responded no and in return she said , (SO WHAT U WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT!) Waiting a little longer for my meal isn't a problem but the dark skinned cashier that looks to be pregnant has a horrible attitude and should never be allowed to work...

You know what I can't even remember what I had, it was like 2:00 in the morning and I was starving I ran over there pick something up, but I remember being really really good and tasty. However, with one person in front of me and drive through, I think I waited about 25 minutes. And that's what kind of takes me off about most food service establishments, mostly fast food, however there are some mom and pops that are slow. It's like the staff just doesn't care how long you have to wait, they just move at the pace they want to move. But I'll bet it's those staff are the big complainers when they go out to eat. Anyway food is great slow service, however the drive-thru cashier...
