Been going here for years, last 2xs I have gone through the drive thru the customer service has been HORRIBLE. Waited to order and after 10mins no one answered, ended up leaving but looked in as I was driving out the parking lot and it was obvious the skinny chickenhead was being lazy looking down most likely on her phone. Several customers behind me in the drive thru had also left due to no service. Came back to try again and the same rude chickenhead taking orders, who doesn't know how to speak to CUSTOMERS tried to rush the order. When I was ready guess who disappeared again??? Called and asked to speak to a manager or owner and chickenhead said no one is available, asked who I was speaking to and she said why. Said I had a complaint about service and would let the owner know she refused. OWNER: Find someone who actually does a good job and cares about customers. You just lost a long returning customer who is also going to suggest to everyone who was referred there to go down the street instead. I suggest if you let her stay working there you have someone monitor her actual working hours to make sure she is actually working. Who knows how many customers you've lost because of her...
Read moreOrdered 8piece wing ding dinner & was told it would be done in 10 minutes. Didn't receive my order until 20 minutes after the time told.! An extra ranch was given for my wait; a ranch? Really?! I get home, which is 2 minutes away, to eat finally and my fries are cold. Horrible. After tasting the artic like fries I called to let them know and asked could I be compensated for another order of fries for another day because I wasn't coming back out... The response I got... None. Whoever answered the phone disregarded me entirely, probably put the phone down, only them and the lord knows. Nonetheless I wish I would've gone to my regularly scheduled program in the first place. Very distasteful Universal, but I'm sure you don't care too much because you have hundreds of customers, but I Being one of those customers who's money you took should have received hot food and have been complimented properly after the 20 minute wait. The girl came to the window and said my charge was (28.00) I was shocked bcuz I thought this amount was a bit much, but I was at the window and didn't know for certain. I had to ask her for the receipt. The receipt Only had the total amount, of 29.26 and it wasn't itemized.
The thing is, is that I receive notifications on cellphone, within a minute or two, every single time my Credit Card is used. She charged my CC (35.11)
I immediately asked her why she charged my card (35.11) her response was inaudible her accent suddenly made it impossible to communicate @ all.
