The food is better than most coney islands. But check your receipt. Their sales tax is set higher than 6%. And they add a fee for credit card payments before they know your payment method. I’ve told the cashier three times and they still haven’t fixed it saying it’s a programming issue. How hard is it to change a percentage? Not hard at all. Per bill it’s just a few cents or a $1. But multiply that by how many go there. And, when you order wings or a pita, you have to buy dipping sauces. Every other coney gives you at least 1 ranch with wing dings and pita. So, it’s highly irritating when people are sticklers about their money, but, will still cheat you out of yours.
Went again today and I guess you have to order extra chili to get a whole scoop of chili on chili fries. Barely covered the surface. I’ve only eaten about 7 fries and the chili is gone!

I called back and said I have a question she proceeded to scream on the phone WALK INS only hung up again. Called a third time I said I understand it’s walk ins only but I have a question. She yelled in the phone I SAID ITS WALK INS ONLY so whatever question you have you got to come in here and asked. Fourth time I called I’m going to keep calling until you answer my question she kept me on the phone and just set the phone down I’m currently on hold as in typing this to see how unprofessional this young lady is and how long it’s going to take to answer 1 simple question. I can hear her in the background being rude to customers and cursing just plain rude and unprofessional.
