Same order taker last 3 times didn't take my order right, even after having her read it back to me and correcting her several times. It happened again today and the guy at the window lied to me about being charged for extra sauces I didn't order or want, food still made wrong even after confirming it several times at the speaker and both windows. Took over 35 minutes to get a McChicken xtra mayo add tomato and a 4pc w 1 Sweet & Sour and 1 Ranch. Was charged for and given BBQ sauce (in addition to the sauces I did order) when I didn't order or want it. Was given McChicken with Xtra lettuce add cheese even tho thats not what it said on the ticket, so I took it in and had them remake it and refund me for the extra sauces. I was polite and respectful to the staff even with all of this. I've worked fast food management before for years and understand especially this time of year can be very stressful and busy but when someone confirms the same order SEVERAL times at speaker, pay window, and pick up window it's not ok to lie to them and they should've made sure my order was correct. I don't know if there is any management at this store, I've been there several times over the last 2 months ( and have not seen anyone directing the staff. FOR YEARS AFTER MY FIRST FEW "OATMEAL SOUP" ORDERS I'VE ALWAYS REQUESTED THE FIXINGS AND HOT WATER ON THE SIDE.

I just came from this location and left at about 8:05 pm 8-15-20. There are two lines for the drive thru and I was in the one farthest from the windows. Mind you, today is my son's 7th birthday so keep that in mind. The plan was to take him to the park across the street afterwards. After waiting for over 10 minutes and getting to the speaker to place our order after all of the cars in front of us placed theirs the person taking orders repeatedly skipped us. (My fiance was the driver) My fiance said hello a few times and people who got in the drive thru after us who were in the other line were able to get their orders places before us. It happened four consecutive times. The person taking our order never got to us. Thank you for ruining my son's birthday Mack Ave McDonald's location! It's bad enough that my family and I have been struggling a little financially and we wanted to do something special for our son. Since this is the closest location and we don't have all this gas to be riding around town and the park that my son loves is across the street, this was our only option as far as McDonald's locations.
