McDonald's — Restaurant in Detroit

If i could give less Stars I would-the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever met in my whole entire life... Literally, infants could do a better job. After waiting on ubereats twice, for almost 4 hours, (they claim they didn't get the first one I know for a fact that they got the second one cuz the manager went and checked while I was on the phone after I had called 20 times because she didn't pick up the phone.) I walked once and they told me they couldn't do anything for me after showing them it been accepted by them and had been 'preparing' for almost 2 hours. (Its a half mile away but it was cold and i didnt wanna walk to get it in the beginning but after seeing that my bank account had also been charged for it already I walked up there because they wouldn't answer the phone for 2 hours and then what she did she hung up on me) after placing the order again and her telling me that she got the second one for sure, I waited another hour and a half and kept calling during this time after I have went past my Time Again by 30 minutes. Once she finally answered an hour later she asked me why I didn't stay up there to get my ubereats order that I had already paid extra money to get delivered (twice) and it got cancelled the second time as well. This is after their manager hung up on me at least three times...AND I know for a fact they're employee cancelled it once I got there because I don't believe she knew that we were each was going to send me a notification immediately as soon as she touched the button on the screen while I was watching her.... I have no clue Under the Sun how they even have three stars-the worst establishment I've ever been in they're rude, they're nasty, and I'm sure they're not up to code. Food is always cold and it doesn't matter if you're in the Drive-Thru or if you walk in or if there's one person or 15 people it will take at least 20 minutes to get your food even if you just have a single cheeseburger and...

I got to this mcdonalds and it was not busy only 1 person in line.i ordered my chicken wrap and got my drink while 2 more people walked in. They got their food before me. Then more people came in and by this time 15 minutes had gone by. Now im a truck driver and time is important to me and i want to get my money back at this point but by the look of this place id probably have better luck robbing the place to get money fro. That register. 20 minutes go by and this guy comes through the door more mad then me. Apparently he was in the drive thru waiting on his food just as long as i was inside. He was a local so i just stood back and let him explain how bad their service was in my kind of language. He got his food asap and mine was next. Bout time and thank god. 28 minutes later im out of their with my nasty ass food and an apple pie for my troubles. Needless to say the food and drink was so disgusting i put it in the bag with the food i spit out of my mouth. The apple pie was good though.. Everyone of those people need trained...

WHEN I SAY NO RESPECT FROM THIS THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FROM THE MANAGERS TO CREW MEMBERS ITS ALL BAD MY CHILDREN SEEN WHAT DISRESPECTFUL REALLY MEANS AS A MINOR YOU DO NOT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS FROM WHEN I FIRST PULLED UP TO PLACE MY ORDER I SAID HELLO HOW ARE YOU THE GUY SAID GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER SO I TOOK THAT AS HE DIDNT WANNA SPEAK FINE ! PEOPLE DO HAVE BAD DAYS I GET IT BUT DONT TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHO OR WHAT CAN BE A BLESSING FOR YOU !!! LADY WHO WAS AT THE OTHER WINDOW I CAN ALREADY TELL SHE HAVE A PROBLEM SHE SLAMMED THE WINDOW ON MY FACE AND WAS TALKING SO SMART IF SHE KNEW ME PERSONALLY ONCE AGAIN IM NOT THE PROBLEM ITS THIS LOCATION!!! McDonald’s needs better management and maybe some career educational Employees and not those off...
