I visited this establishment today and ordered a Mexican skillet and ask for grilled onions and bell peppers, the waitress brought out the food and i noticed the bell peppers were not grilled or the onions so I gave it back and asked could they grill them, the waitress came back and said would u like something else because the owner said the bell peppers and onions are fine and said she would not remake it so I asked to see the owner, so she FINALLY came over and said she doesnât waste food get something i like I said I like what I had just wanted the bell peppers and onion grilled she stated I should have asked for well done, she made any excuse not to remake the dish and told me that she didnât have to serve me, so I purchased nothing, but it came out to be a blessing anyway a great man paid for my co-workers meals anyways, but I will never foot this establishment again and do not recommend this place because why was it a problem to have the dish the way I preferred it seriously what would it have cost the owner to grill the onions and bell peppers. But GOD bless the owner for horrible service to...
Read moreWHEN I GOT THERE AND SAW THEM MAKING THE FOOD, THEY WERE TOUCHING THE BACON - THE FOOD - WITH THEIR BARE HANDS WITH NO GLOVES ON OR ANYTHING. I HAD TO ASK THEM TO PUT ON GLOVES AND REMAKE MY FOOD. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO THROW OUT THE BACON THEY TOUCHED, THEY SAID âOH DON'T WORRY, WE WILL GIVE THAT TO SOMEONE ELSE. YOUR BACON WILL BE STARTED AND MADE WITH GLOVES ON, SEE HE HAS THE GLOVES ON NOW (another chef). THATS JUST HOW HE COOKSâ THEN THAT SAME CHEF CONTINUED TO COOK WITH NO GLOVES ON AFTER HEARING HOW THE CUSTOMER DOESNâT LIKE THE UNCLEANLINESS.
Ordered the common pancake breakfast. They forgot over half the order so I had to drive back for eggs and bacon.
THEN THE EGGS STILL WEREN'T FULLY COOKED AND THEY GAVE ME A SMALL PORTION! But hey, at least the bacon tasted decent. Pancakes were a little on the burnt side, as well.
One of the lady workers was kind, that is the only reason I give service a two out of ten.
Just go to Leos coney island or any other one honestly.
FOR SURE REPORTING THIS TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
And I still gave them a...
Read moreThis place is busy! 11:30 a.m. on a Tuesday. The parking lot is seriously full (Detroit P.D. in one of them), maybe 6 spaces empty and inside only a couple of small (2 seat) tables/booths plus about 5-6 seats at the counter. I'm calling that a good sign, folks. Despite all those existing customers, I was greeted before I could get to the "Please Wait to be Seated" sign. The menu is fairly large, the breakfast offerings taking up one whole side. So many decisions! There is a small kids menu in one corner but it's mostly smaller portions for the wee ones. Server took my order almost as fast as I could decide, and smiling every time I saw her. Went with a Gyro Supreme ($8.99) and got it about 3 minutes later, hot and delicious. Props to the cooks, too. A well constructed gyro. Often the meat is strewn right down the middle of the pita which becomes the bottom so you only get meat or veg in your bite. This was well offset so I got meat in nearly every...
