i don't know about anybody else but my chicken be tasting GOOD, and the fish be good too, and i always go for the lemon pepper, cause lets all be honest, that lemon pepper hits good with the chicken.

also good customer service by letting you know when the food will be ready, if anything i feel like in the future this spot will improve, cause the food is really good, now they used to have chairs there but due to covid alot of things had to change which i understand. for me i am just grateful that they are still open for business, i do hope they bring the chairs back, but i am okay with waiting 10 minutes or so for my meal, i am a patient person so...

On their website they have a website where you can place your order. After placing my order and paid for my order I went in to pick up my food. When I got there, the cashier told me they no longer use ChowNow and that I would need to reach out to them for a refund. I had to wait on the phone for over 15 minutes just to be told my refund would reach my account in 3-5 business days. When they first started this franchise they were in the three star rating. They have fallen below a one star rating. Don't waste your time and money doing business with this franchise avoid it at all cost. I don't give bad ratings. The fish and chicken dries out then they attempt to cover it up with flour and lemon pepper to give it some type of flavor, but it taste gross and they should be checked by the health department for cleanliness and quality of their products dried out spots on the food they serve to the public.
