Subway — Restaurant in Detroit

I walked a mile from my house because I wanted subway. Got there ordered my food. The lady in front of me ordered soup. I looked in my bag and saw crackers. I asked the cashier was this my sandwich because there were crackers in the bag. She assured me it was my sandwich. I went home opened the bag and it was NOT my sandwich. I had to walk a mile back up there because I didn’t like that sandwich. Had to walk a mile again to get my sandwich corrected. Left the store and it rained on me. Mistakes happen but if I tell you that I think something is wrong instead of reassuring me just double check. This Subway does not except the coupons also when I visited this store there was a hand written notice where the owner change Subway's Coupon whene you purchase a Drink and Any Sandwich and receive the second Sandwich of equal value for free. Well he revised it to only 6inch Subs but the coupons state Any Sub . I spoke with the Owner and he said to me well it takes money out of my pocket and Subway doesn't reimburse me. So my question is this how are you a Subway in a Inner City store that doesn't even take or Honor SUBWAY COUPONS. Horrible EVERTHING was Horrible. My sub was threw together. It was freaking cold. The chicken nachos was cold. My son had to warm them up. They didn't put NONE of what I asked for on my sub I had to add the salt pepper and ranch. They made it how they wanted to make it not how a paid for it to be made. Whoever made my sub should be ashamed of they self. It was lowdown. What goes around come around. And my drink that I paid for was not in the bag.
