Whatcha Wanna Eat Food Hall — Restaurant in Detroit

It's a beautiful place and it's black owned. I met the owner and his wife and they are nice polite people. I was in town for the weekend and I went to every restaurant in the building to patronizing them. Every restaurant have it's on unique favor and that was beautiful me and my wife enjoyed them. The BBQ place was amazing the ribs was on point that Mac and cheese was to die for. The wing spot was good and they was real cool especially the owner. The Taco spot was good and I had to go there because I wanted to meet the owner she be on the tubi movies Lol. I really love the smoothie and the ladies was nice. Man when I tell you about them cookies and ice cream and them waffle bites I almost didn't want to go home. The hibachi rice was great and the bowl spot next door that salmon bowl was delicious. My wife love them chicken and waffles and the ladies working the frontcounter was so polite. The crazy burger spot food was delicious but the only problem I have with them is they wasn't open on time it took me 2 days to go up there because we was in town on business and the food hall said online every spot open up at 11 and they didn't open up until 1pm. That wasn't a good look for a new black owned hall. I hope they get it together because Detroit needed this. I will always support when I come to town and I am telling everyone else to do the same. Let make this go viral....

A day late, Yesterday my 10 year old Nephew put me on the food hall that my brother take him to all the time. We got there at 11am some places inside didn’t open til noon. We literally spent 2 hours ordering food and going to the car and ordering more. Lol we had time! We started on the right side we had a fruity smoothie topped with fruit, worth every dollar. Then a Beef Birria Egg-roll(. that was crispy on the outside just like you like and every bite was messy perfection in the best way no lie. Next was bbq covered chicken fingers, fried perfectly, nephew didn’t even wanna share em. Well we came back in and caught the seafood lunch special with fried Fish bites and my fav rice and beans, then noticed the taco balls and ordered another lunch shrimp with okra. Nephew wanted sliders from the burger joint. At this point are eyes bigger than our stomach while we wait in the hibachi line. Yes I know lol but the line was pretty long! We’re near the front entrance with the pizza lady, she greeted us each time going back and forth, so we ordered ppa personal pizza combo. Thank goodness the hibachi line was busy and all the orders on the left side were up before we could order! We’ll be back to try more! See...

To the barbecue place.

i was so excited to try their bbq as im from texas and was curious of what michigan bbq was all about. Disappointed. The brisket was so tough and dry. And thats not all, both the macaroni and the brisket was flavorless. not even a lick of salt. and its like do yall taste yalls food?? They drenched the brisket in sauce to try to compensate for the dry tastelessness and even that didnt help. dont waste your money there. if u take a bite of that brisket ur gonna be chewing for at least 2 minutes per bite. terrible. and actually i wish i could sue them for how bad it was. who knows maybe i caught them on a bad day but i mean. if yall was having a bad day yall needa get out the kitchen and cool down. y’all playing with peoples money. and actually i want it back. my order cost $45. if this store got any remorse for how terrible they food was theyll refund me...
