Hate that I even had to give them one star. I have been trying to get my mom to try this place for a very long time. We called in an order was quoted a time of 15 mins. Arrived my mother went in to pay...45 mins later we had JUST received our food, which was cold because the young lady working the window neglected to pay attention and give her the food once it was done. My mother had to ask about the food after several people came in off of the street and ordered and then received their food before us... a 15 min trip turned into an hr long frustration. It's sad because the food was not that bad but we will never taste it again because of the poor customer service. No apology was offered to my mother. I wanted to call in and complain to get a full refund, but my mother who is a senior just wanted to go home. I hope the management reviews, deals with this and changes how orders are given to customers... they are the only thing keeping this...

The woman behind the counter let's me know it'll be 5 more mins because they had experienced a power outage. OK cool... I go back out to my car. I wait an additional 10. I come back in. I called a guy over to the window to ask what the status of my order is and was met with attitude, disrespect and swear words. The woman behind the counter did her best to rectify the situation whilst the man insisted on continuing being a poor experience of any kind of customer service. I told her while I was there power outage isn't in there power however his TERRIBLE service is well within his control. I've never had such poor service anywhere else. I literally just called today at 3:32pm to ask one simple question and I wouldāve been right off the phone. āCUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING.ā When you call a restaurant you are supposed to greet in a nice way and however you were taught. All I got was spudheadz please hold. I work in food and answer phones all the time im a manager but you are supposed to give the customer time to say okay or never mind. And it sound like the man didnāt want to be there or just canāt handle it being busy or canāt multitask. I love the food but donāt do the customer like that give a time for a response please...
