Valentino's Deluxe Coney Island — Restaurant in Detroit

Yes I am a officer and I don't do reviews too often but I have known Valentino for a very very very long time from when Chris on the store and Val got it back and I'm so glad that he did God don't make no mistakes when good people with beautiful hearts own businesses I have loved Valentino from the very first day he opened that store and I was the very first dollar he made and he didn't even know I was a sheriff The store was clean and he treated myself and my autistic daughter with the utmost respect I mean his food was to die for and always has been I love Val and I love Valentino's Coney Island on morang I have ran into quite a few workers over the years 80% of them were so nasty and disrespectful and when I told Val he took care of it he runs a remarkable place of business and he does not take disrespect especially to his customers that eat there every day literally you guys I was eating there everyday a paying customer nothing free so this review is from my heart I must share that since Valentino's has gotten rid of all those old disrespectful workers he has one of the sweetest most respectful angels that works for him in the evening her name is Michelle and the cook's name is DJ My food is never wrong it is forever flawless when those two make my food Don't get me wrong it's always perfect but I love when they're together on shift in the evening when I call it's hey Mama t Michelle is the most sweetest patient respectful young lady I have ever in my life met and DJ can throw down his food is an orgasm in a box sorry about the detail but it's the truth lol I take my autistic daughter in there often she is never disrespected or greeted by the panhandlers from the gas station everyone gives us the utmost respect and love because they know Val does not play that and Michelle comes from behind the counter to make sure that child is protected as I'm placing my order she is multitasked and her personality is just one of a kind there needs to be more workers like her and DJ I must say when God created his angels here on earth Michelle and DJ and Val are definitely my three I love them to death if you want the best number one Coney Island food in the world whatever you can think of whatever you can create in your mind Valentino's will make it happen DJ will throw down and make it possible I toot my horn 10 times for this beautiful meal that I got tonight that was remarkable and filled me up after three bites after a blood transfusion and being so weak they definitely made me smile they made me very comfortable and they made my day I am so glad I called up there to get my food this evening because not only did I smile but I was able to gang my energy back after my surgeries and transfusions and I will be eating there every day from here on like I used to so with that being said I would like to send so much love and the utmost respect hugs and kisses to my three babies Valentino Michelle and DJ thank you for enlightening myself and my daughter's evening and thank you for helping me regain my energy in my time of need I love you guys so much and keep up the good work you guys are definitely the bomb and God made no mistakes when he put you three together and I'm happy to call you my family I love you guys so much with all the love and respect sincerely your friend officer Daniels we love you so much 😘❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🙏 and I'm sorry for the long review but it had to be told and may you all prosper and turn platinum at everything your hand touches God bless you all and your family with sincere love Miss Daniels xoxoxo 😘😘😘 and Michelle I hope you become the next manager you deserve it you are so kind thank you...

This Coney has the most beautiful people. In it that I have ever met in life the owner is beyond beautiful he is the most sweetest kindest respectful Down to earth owner that I have ever met his staff that I personally met T and Deja Q and the delivery guy will are so sweet these people are always on point and always on time for lawless attitudes beautiful personalities I would never Call anything close to home like this Coney island these people are truly beautiful and I think God that this Coney Island is now owned by new management Valentino I had one issue a very small issue and it was corrected immediately within the hour I was treated with the upmost respect and my order was fully replaced to perfection by the owner himself i’ve been dealing with this corny Island from day one and I would never go anywhere else their food is always hot fast and on time and made to have you returned shaking and ready for more I’ve always called in from both of my homes and finally got to meet these beautiful people in person the hugs the love and the emotions were beyond one’s imagination this is a coney island that I pray to God succeeds beyond !!!!!!they deserve nothing but the best a five star rating isn’t even enough I love the staff I love this Coney Island I love the owner I look at them like family and I truly do love them like family A family that I never had and I wouldn’t trade them for anything in the world when God wrote the word love it’s them and that’s as real as it can get I love you Valentino‘s Coney Island you guys are the best continue to rock on you deserve nothing but success forever and always love your...

I spoke to the manager Cheyenna twice before I received my order, because she tried to charge $45 for a $36 order. Valentino's taxes on food, they neglected to add my chili special. When I called to tell them, the manager was rude and kept repeating herself... I could either "come get it or get store credit!" Until I reminded her that this was their fault. She said all she could do is add another chili special... I agreed! I paid for a bowl, initially. They packed two cups of the chili special, instead of two bowls. I will never patronize this restaurant again. You can't come into our neighborhoods and give sub-par service, high prices and expect our business. On top of all that they didn't even care to make it properly, not one onion in either cup!
