White Castle — Restaurant in Detroit

My granddaughter and I went to white Castle for a quick lunch pick up at the one on Harper on the east side of Detroit, I ordered two #6 chicken rings meal and an order of mozzarella cheese sticks , only to find out that the drive-thru cashier had not charged me the right amount of money for my total order , if they would pay attention and stop talking so much to each other about stuff that's not pertaining to their job, they could get the customers order right, the first time, for the price I paid we could have went to a nice sit-down restaurant , the french fries were burnt not hot like they should have been and they tasted half done, the mozzarella cheese sticks were all smashed up they did not look appealing at all, the women that was working back there didn't have gloves on nor did they have their heads covered with all that hair flowing over the food, NO ONE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO WORK WITH FOOD WITHOUT THEIR HEADS BEING COVERED UP, I know this is a different day, from when I use to work in fast food, we use to have to cover our head and always use tongs to pick up food, Management really needs to enforce head covering and gloves and tongues when fixing orders, unless talking and concentrate on getting the customer's orders right...

Poor Service I went drive thur and told the cashier I have a White Castle code . She ask did I place a mobile/ food dash/ Grub hud order I said no it a app code. So she ask can I pull around so she can see it. When I got to first window a woman opened the window I show her the code and she said that a coupon code I yes a app code like I said it was the first time. Now that I’m not at the drive thur window looking at the board . I’m started giving her the order that I could think of when I gave her my money she walk away and never came back. I forgot to add fries to the order so after the car in front of me pulled off I knock on the window getting the cashier attention telling her to open the window. But she didn’t until she cash out my order. While she handed me my money I ask can I order a fries and she said her manager said no because I held up drive thur she handed me the bag and I pulled off just to get a half miles away just to realize my frozen cooler was never handed to me. Return just for the cashier to blame me for leaving my cooler. I told her every drive thur I have experience always give you drink after cashing you out . I shook my head...

So I pulled up at 3am I was informed they were closed. I went to the gas station and drove past this place one more time. I see a car in the the line again so this time I get told that I can’t order a sack of 10 because the grill is shut down. Well I guess they hooking they family or friends up at the end of the night. I clearly saw on that screen numerous burgers ordered from the car in front of me. So u said not only did yall lie and say tht you all were closed now I can’t order burgers so what exactly can I order. She responded FISH AND FRIES. I mean wow seriously!
