Wendy's — Restaurant in Detroit

This is 1 of the worst Wendy’s in the city of Detroit. This red head young employee at the drive through window sitting on her phone instead of taking orders. It was 5 cars in line total and I was the 3 rd car at the speaker. This girl never said just a minute, please hold, nothing!! So I had been waiting already 5 minutes at the speaker before I just pulled around. I asked the girl when I got to the window after she made me wait until she finished texting, she asked me “What’s yo order” I asked is the speaker broke, she shook her head no. I then told her what happened assuming she was going to take my order. No she didn’t and she closed the window and got back on her phone. I had to wait for the car in front of me to pull off and go somewhere else to get me some food. I can only hope that the managers start making these kids learn professionalism. I spent 44 dollars with y'all last night.. didn't get receipt and all my food was wrong.. I had been calling since I got home no one is answering... I was missing a drink.. I got the wrong size frosties fries was cold.. I ordered a baconater meal I got a son of baconater.. all my burgers were suppose to be plain but they was not... And all the nuggets was cold as well... And was missing one of my nuggets. If I could give it a 0 star I would.. but obviously can't.. I have called this store 50 times since last night and no one is answering.. this is rediculous.. I don't know about anyone else but I don't have 44 dollars to just throw away...I would appreciate it if someone call me and if my order gets fixed . This is horrible and not very well customer...

Food was decent. Cashier no so great. Cashier was very unprofessional. Me and my friend ordered two 4 for 4s one with everything and one with no tomatos, and onions, we get our orders and ask the cashier which one is which, with a very nasty attitude she says she doesn't know, we have to check on our own, my friend ask her, why they dont mark it, she replies again with a nasty attitude i don't know. Honestly seem like she just wanted to get home. She just wasn't nice and courteous at all. I believe cashiers like this person is what gives alot of good cashiers bad reputations. I may give this place one more chance, because once it was all said and done the food was pretty good ,but it will be my absolute last if the service be...
