Zebee Fish Market & Seafood Resturant — Restaurant in Detroit

I've been in the area for work and was tired of going to the same fast food places after a long day. I've passed this place daily on my drive home and finally decided to take the plunge and check it out. I got the two piece fish/10 piece shrimp combo with fries and coleslaw. Everything was excellent. Great batter that was crisp, but the fish and shrimp underneath was moist and tender. The fries were nice and crisp, too. The coleslaw reminded me of the stuff my grandma made when I was a kid - a little tangy, a little sweet, with nice crunchy veggies. Oh yeah, and they're not stingy with the sauces either; I got plenty, which was a nice change of pace from the fast food joints who barely give you any and charge extra if you want more. The price was right too - I got way more bang for my buck than I would've at a drive-thru. Overall, great food, and great customer service - an all-around winner....

Me and my Daughter went there a few weeks ago the collasell crabs said $23.99 a lb the lady told me she forgot too change the price, I said that's not my fault and everywhere else its $23.99 she walked off like I didnt exist so I went to the front to see what was going on, and she called the owner and said this man wants to talk to you I told him what was going on and he told me he didnt have time to talk right know he had to cook, I was about to walk out but my daughter wanted crab legs and lobster tails and she was buying she end up paying $26.99 lb then the crab legs after she weighed them came up to 76 she tried too charge us 92 so she weighed it again$76 my daughter with the lobster tail was $126 bad customer service tried to get down on us and the lobster and crab wasn't even sweet I told my daughter we should have left steer away from...

Mannnnnn! Talking about TERRIBLE!! CHICKEN WAS BLACK AND WEIRD AS HELL. I THINK THAT THEY FRIED IT AFTER IT WAS COOKED JUST TO HEAT IT UP!! Shrimp was soggy and the breading all fell off.. they didn't give us the large coleslaw that was paid for, macaroni was soupy and horrid. Fries were all soggy as well, probably because they laid the shrimp across the top 😫 in the same aluminum pan with he chicken... The hushpuppies were raw in the middle as well. Now, let's talk about the fried "Salman" 😫 the Salmon... They took one piece and turned it into 5... Just wild. We used to love zebees but these new owners don't know what they're doing.
