I haven't been to DQ in a while. I went with some friends. I wasn't sure if I trusted them enough to order a burger there considering past experiences that left me not wanting to return there. The prices are insane compared to other places in and around town. Before, I found the quality of the buns and meat to be lacking and poor. The buns were hard splitting the last time I had gone. The meat didn't even taste like beef. On this visit I ordered a burrito deluxe and my friends ordered the chicken strip country basket. My burrito was just barely filled with meat. It was mainly fried tortilla with just a little meat filling at one end. The chilli used was bland. Hardly any flavor to it. Very poorly assembled. Hardly any shredded cheese on top. It actually wasn't even on the burrito it was to the side and under the burrito. As for my friend's orders. They said it was filling but they were disappointed and mentioned not returning there because it tasted like, "it was made in old cooking oil." Overall, I was disappointed with the quality and quantity of my food. This is why I don't go to DQ. Because of the prices for food that just doesn't taste the same like years before. I won't be going back unless my friends decide to go. But I won't be ordering any food. Over priced for poor...
Read moreLet me start with them not putting jalitos on the jalitos ranch burger, seriously people it's in the name. The hamburger buns on both burgers I purchased were stale. When I walked inside to ask for the jalitos that were not put on my burger the female who I assume was shift leader of some sort approached the employee who had assisted me. She then begins to complain to the employee on how I was displeased with my order. Yes, right there at the front counter with just their backs turned and me standing not even 8 ft away on the other side of the register. Last problem other than how musty the inside of the place feels and smells, is that the main supervisor takes complaints/concerns about her employees and establishment pretty lightly, and hardly any action is ever taken to prevent these problems from reoccurring. Not to mention the supervisor herself can also be rude toned and unwilling to help resolve certain issues. For example her own daughter was the shift leader during my visit. She never wore gloves or washed her hands before preparing my food and was quite rude, yet she's supposed to be a leader to other employees? Read moreI haven't been to this location in about 2 years & I was reminded tonight why I haven't gone back. I waited 15 or so minutes in the drive thru que....no big deal. Got to the window & sat for over 7mins to get a small dipped cone & all the while, a girl in a blue shirt just kept looking at me through the window eating a damn blizzard. I left without the cinema because she didn't even bother to greet me when I pulled up. This location used to be good, but now it sucks & I'll need go back.....not to mention the elderly couple I saw go in when I pulled up & they apparently left without ordering, poor ol fella was using a walker & looked pretty upset when he came back out within 10mins.
