We stopped in DeWitt on our way home from Ann Arbor for a trip to the famous Sweetie-licious, but found out Google had the open times wrong. The kids still wanted a "sweet treat" from being stuck in the car for so long, so we decided to pop in at Scoopy Doo's and we weren't disappointed!! Excellent ice cream choices, some I've never seen before, and they catered to the kids so well. There were games to play, coloring books, and crayons at almost every table. Another nice touch that I haven't seen at any other ice cream shop, was paper towel holders at every table! We met the owners and they were 2 of the nicest people ever! Read moreVery poor service. There was a dog (non-service animal) in the restaurant that kept jumping on the counter. The old lady behind the counter was touching foods with her bare hands and then handing these items to customers. She was super rude and barely acknowledged us because she knew the people behind us in line. She let the people behind us cut in line even though we had ordered one of our items already. Wide variety of products also - shakes, glaciers, freezes, great waffle cones, etc. Love the paper towel racks hanging at every table and the little games to add that extra touch.
