Ordered the Jumbo popcorn chicken. Nothing about chicken is jumbo if it's the size of a quarter.
Before that i ordered a cookie dough master blast. DIDNT HAVE COOKIE DOUGH IN IT! Ice cream and cookie dough and you forgot half the ingredients.
Before that i had ordered a root beer that tasted like a machine. I explained the problem and asked if it could be replaced. Comes back with the same problem. So,not only was i served a metallic root beer i was ignored. Sent that one back and got another one. Tasted different but still very awful. At that point i gave up and asked for a refund which i did collect.

Was ordering and they said they were out of onion rings so we ordered 2 meals 1 with fries and the other with tots. When the young lady brought us our order it was only 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks and we didn't receive our fries or tots so I asked where are the French fries and tator tots? She said oh we ate running lol on them. When we placed our order she aske if we wanted tots or fries and we got large drinks also. Our total was a little under $20 and my husband handed the 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks back to the young lady and said I'm not paying $20 for 2 hamburgers and 2 drinks this is ridiculous u didn't even bring us all of our order and we left and went somewhere else to eat. Edit: Changed my rating from a 2 star to a 4 star because was reached out to by Jennifer the manager and she apologized for the incident and is fixing it. I get sometimes accidents happen an I am grateful for her reaching out to me and taking the time to make it right!
I have eaten here for years and the food an service have always been great but this afternoon when I ordered one of their chilli cheese dogs they had a special going for, halfway through mine I go to take a bite and there’s some long black curly hair embedded on the side of the hot dog….
