Dragon Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Dinuba

In the last 2 year, I’ve been to this place twice, the first time I ordered barbecue ribs, and the ribs were dry and meat was tough. The colorful vegetables were very garlicky. And the noodles were dry very dry. Food has lost it’s flavor.

But yesterday I called and ordered a Chinese chicken salad ($11.67)and it was warm and the lettuce was very wilted and the lettuce was all the white pieces of lettuce. The lettuce had no crunch to it and this is the last time that I will be going here because new ownership/management is a disappointment.

Wanted to try out a new restaurant and saw this place rated high on yelp and google, and I wanted to see what the hype was all about. Honestly, best mongolian beef i've ever had. Service was fast and easy. Food was perfectly cooked (ive had my share of over-cooked chinese mongolian beef all over california), place is clean and straight to the point. This was my family’s favorite restaurant growing up as a kid nearly 25 years ago and I hadn’t been here in probably 15 years because I don’t live in the area. I came tonight when visiting family because I was craving that taste and I was not disappointed. The food tastes exactly the same as it did when I was a kid. The best pan fried noodles I’ve ever had and fresh perfectly cooked and seasoned veggies and proteins. Food was piping hot and fresh and oh so delicious.
