Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Dinuba

When I first went to this Dutch Brothers it was a good experience. But this last time I went it was the worst experience of my life. The girls who were taking orders completely ignored me knowing good and well I was next, but her friend pulled up behind me and it was more important to go have a full on conversation with her friend and not take orders. The other girl that was taking orders finally comes up to my window and says "she took your order right. I told her knoww she to busy chatting it up with her friend. Guees the girl didn't like that comment so she started with her attitude. I asked to speak to the manager. She got mad and went running to her friend who by the was was still in full on conversation with her friend in the car. She let her know I wanted to management and then the 3 proceeded to talk about making fun of me and pointing fingers like a bunch of immature little girls. When I finally got to speak with the manager and expressed my concerns she wa quick to apologize. I told her I want a refund and I would not be coming here anymore. She said I'll give you your drink for free and 3 extra drinks so if you change your mind. Welp the manager is also a liar i was charged for the drink and did not receive any free drinks . That being said do better Dutch Brothers Dinuba do better. Hire mature hard working people. Who are good at...

Plenty of loud hip hop music pumping out of the speaker and good coffee, but super slow output. Made me wonder if there was any kind of manager on site. The person who initially took my order struggled as she fiddled with the tablet for an uncomfortable amount of time as she stood next to my car, ultimately getting my "2 large coffees" order wrong. Fortunately, the young lady who was working the window cleaned up the mess, but I felt bad for her, as she was understandably embarrassed and frustrated. First time EVER having Dutch bros and I loved it! The entrance to the building was confusing to find, because I'm not from there and had never been before (plus this maps sent me the wrong way) but anyway...loved that there was two (very long) lines to wait in. There was also a very nice employee taking orders from outside and she answered all my questions about the menu, and the employee at the window was so happy, polite, and friendly. She talked with me and my kids and made the drive threw experience more fun. Overall, all my kids enjoyed their drinks and I really enjoyed my drink as well.
